I just stopped in for the first time this morning and I can report a very nice and pleasant guy behind the counter! The lemon poppyseed muffins are delicious!!! Great texture, not dry, lemony and delectable:). I’ll be back!
Love the staff, coffee, baguettes, and almost all of the pastry. For some reason, the blueberry scones and blueberry muffins have almost no blueberries in them. I hope they can fix this problem. There’s nothing like muffin loaded with blueberries In the morning.
Been here a few times and each time I observed a huge disconnect between the quality of their food and their onsite service. The cakes, pies and muffins, etc. are really good and working with them to place a pre-order is pleasant and easy but the Southport location's on-site service is always a put off. They are polite but I always feel like they are disinterested to serve their customer. I once arrived 45 minutes before closing to pick up a large pre-order which was already...
