Kolossos Restaurant and Pizza

Had a family gathering last evening and ordered 4 large to-go pizzas. Pleasantly surprised to hear that we would receive a free large pizza with our order. The order arrived within in hour piping hot.

We order from Kolossos frequently but I have to say this was the BEST pizza we have received. Everyone raved about it.

Okay so $60 for two large pizzas wasn’t a pleasant surprise for me but I guess that’s more the economy’s fault— once I tried them tho I actually thought it was worth it bc omg, I’m extremely picky with pizza but both of these were absolute FIRE. The alfredo & a regular red sauce one, both are the best I’ve had in a very long time. Good friendly service upon pick up as well which is another huge plus. Will definitely be back soon for more expensive but deliciousss pizza ! 😁🙌🏼

Ordered grinders to go. Eggplant parm was really good. Liked the tomato sauce. Italian grinder was also really good. Bread was fresh. Quick service.

Had a large hamburger and extra mushroom pizza tonight. They're pizza is like I remember when I was young (born in 56) way good! Glad they've in my town...thanks!

Don't care for the pizza BUT, that have The BESTEST Spinach Pie I've ever had in my entire life!!! Also the best roast beef grinder I've had since I was a kid! ...

Ordered pizza for pickup on our way to the races. Being from New Haven County, me enjoying pizza from this part of the state is rare. But this pizza was enjoyable. Will have it again.

I found this place by mistake and I'm glad I did! My GPS malfunctioned so I angrily turned into their parking lot to fix my phone and I noticed kolossos so I went in to grab food why not. The staff was more then friendly and was so polite to my rambling, one even gave me directions to get back onto 84 which was very kind of him. Anyways, the food is fabulous even after being in the car for an hour and the fries are very good too and the fried pickles def hit the spot. I will visit again this time on purpose and I'll bring a friend or two to dine in. My mom would love the pizza. The ingredients are fresh they still got that snap that only fresh food gives. The pizza slice holds and won't flop dropping everything on top. The toppings are baked into the cheese so they won't fall off easily. The crust is very pleasant nice crunch and soft on the inside. The fries are actually flavorful? Like they didn't use normal oil to fry them they used the good stuff whatever that may be. And the pickles definitely hit the spot the batter wasn't clumpy or falling off the pickle slice it stayed on and wasn't soggy.

Short. Excellent food. Even better staff. Def recommend. Try the fries. Gonna go on purpose with friends.
