The last few weeksI have ordered fish and chips and 4 large pieces and nicely cooked french fries. 6/17/2026 I ordered the same got 3 pieces the fishwas so dry and cooked too long you couldn't eat around the edges too hard, th french fries were over cooked to some were burnt. this was a take out. this has happened a couple times. then no salad or bread in the order. so we didn't get the whole order. I love there food but and people so we are going to try one more time.
I cannot rave enough about this place. I used to come here when it was Bravo’s Pizzeria years ago. My first visit once it was Basils was shocking because I expected the pizzeria menu. Now I’m shocked at how amazing the menu is and how delicious every single thing is every single time. I cannot get over it!! Went for lunch today. We were seated and after 10 mins no one came to say hello, offer water or acknowledged our presence. Another table was seated after us and received drinks and had their order taken. So we left and we said sorry can’t wait to order. The hostess didn’t seem concerned. Disappointed
