I really love 16 handles , the staff here is a hit or miss. There is one thing that always bothers me though and itâs the smell. It always smells like dirty mop water ! They need to wash the mop well or use clean water and Pleasant detergent !

As much as i like this place i donât think i can keep shopping here. The white girl with the split dyed hair (red and black) has the worst attitude out of all the girls. The one in the morning as well. But whenever i do come in she never says hello, smiles, or is polite. I couldâve sworn one time after she rung me up she said âyou can go nowâ. I wasnât being rude or anything so im not sure why she spoke to me like that. Mind you i was trying to pull out money to tip them but thatâs never happening again.

Not a very welcoming experience. Got our ice cream and toppings and went to go checkout and the girl at the checkout ignored us while she continued to cut her nails with a nail clipper. Kinda gross. Finally she acknowledges us and we pay and she puts spoons in our ice cream. I left disturbed that her nail clippings could be in or near my ice cream, especially because the toppings are all laid out. We were the only ones in there, so to be ignored and to see the employee cutting and digging at her nails was not great. I usually love this place, but probably wonât come back after this experience. Also, fro-yo tastes extremely watery lately. My boyfriend wanted strawberries but they looked like they had been sitting there for days.
