I really love 16 handles , the staff here is a hit or miss. There is one thing that always bothers me though and it’s the smell. It always smells like dirty mop water ! They need to wash the mop well or use clean water and Pleasant detergent !
the tone of the white girl who rung me up was not welcoming at and the birthday cake flavor tastes way different today. Normally my experience here is great. Today must be an off day.
I love this place the owners are extremely nice . The froyo is amazing and the employees go above and beyond . The environment is always clean . My daughter loves this place!!! We always leave happy !!!!
