Service was horrible. Staff were not attentive whatsoever ever. Unfortunately we had a party size of 6 so they automatically include the tip when it wasn’t deserved at all.

Hello guys,
My wife and I have been customers for many years, always enjoying the exquisite dishes you offer. Today we decided to return as usual, and it's unfortunate that the quality has decreased both qualitatively and quantitatively. We ordered mixed ceviche. We could only see a small amount of fish, squid, and a few shrimp on the plate, and beyond that, a very small amount. Supposedly, the mixed ceviche includes a variety of other seafood, as you prepared it before. It's truly sad to say it, also we apologize in advance for the comment. I'm sure everything can be resolved.
Best wishes.

WORST SERVICE EVER !!! No One Speaks English, Orders Are Wrong EVERYTIME. Can’t Call & Order, They’ll Forget The Order. Spent Waaaay to much money in there to be treated like this. Then you ask to speak to a Manager, they give the Head Waitress smh. Like, whats going on? Definitely my last time there. Fiesta across the street has better service & food!

When I first entered I was sketchy about the location. The waiter that welcomed me in seemed drunk. But a family member suggested the spot so I wanted to try. Took awhile to get a waitress but once she finally came I ordered. Lots of great choices to choose from the yuca fries were great. Omg the garlic sauce they have I don't know whats in it but its amazing so flavorful. I ordered seafood with the yellow sauce. Great choice very flavorful and filling. I will be back

I normally order take out a lot from here ever since my mom told me about this place . but I dined in for the first time and the customer service was phenomenal , The mango margarita was so good i had to order like 3 of them . I always order the chicken and rice with veggies , they give you a green sauce on the side and it is sooo good I even dipped my plantains in it lol . My brother ordered a seafood dish and he said it was so rich in flavor . The yuca was delicious it also it came with pickled red onions over it . * chefs kiss . My mom loved their cheese cake too . I will definitely dine again.

I LOVE the food here. The ceviche is one of the best I've had. And don't even get me started about the green sauce. My family and I eat that with everything and even buy some to go :) My favs are the fish ceviche spicy, the chicken chaufa or the chicken paella. My dad always gets the pesto linguini with steak and then my mom has tried all the fish dishes which are all usually good.

The food is always so good here but for some reason the service is terrible every time. We never got water until we asked a different server for some. We ordered appetizers and entrees and everything just came out together. I had to ask three times to get my check. :/

If you’re looking for bold, comforting flavors with a touch of home-style Peruvian tradition, Acuario Restaurant located in Stamford is a hidden gem that deserves your attention. It’s perfect for romantic date nights, solo dinner escapes, or casual group outings this spot works for every kind of vibe.

We ordered the classic Lomo Saltado with beef a beloved staple in Peruvian cuisine that beautifully reflects the country’s fusion of Chinese and South American culinary traditions (thanks to the influence of chifa cuisine). The dish is a stir-fry of marinated strips of beef, onions, and tomatoes, cooked over high heat with soy sauce and vinegar, which creates a bold umami depth balanced by a subtle tang. The tomatoes break down just enough to add a touch of sweetness and richness to the sauce, while the onions bring in that perfect bite.

Traditionally, the fries are tossed directly into the stir-fry, soaking up the sauce, but since I love mine extra crispy, I asked for them on the side. They came out golden and crunchy, and dipping them into the savory sauce was divine. The dish was served with a side of fluffy white rice to soak up all the flavorful juices simple, but absolutely essential.

We were also welcomed with fresh bread and a side of their aji verde, a creamy Peruvian green sauce made with cilantro, aji amarillo, and lime. It was zesty, herbaceous, and addictive, we were tempted to ask for more.

Service was warm, attentive, and never rushed, which made the experience feel even more special. You can tell they take pride not just in their food, but in creating a space that feels like home. Highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Not the first time the service is really bad
I don’t know if there is manager supervisor or anyone who supervises the best performance of the staff
but I’m thinking because the tip is included the server don’t care about anything
Don’t even say hi or welcome the costumer or come back to ask if we need anything or make sure that everything is ok
We asked for water and bread when it supposed to be the server job to make sure is in the table and after when were eating the meal we ask twice for bread and hot sauce and they forgot and I have the idea that they don’t like to talk to say “ is everything ok or do you need anything else “
The food was good.

I usually do take out and for some reason the past few weeks the price keeps going up… I pointed out to the girl and she seems to not be honest about it… at this point it seems like they’re just making up prices and it’s so unethical ! It’s unfortunate because the food is good however, for a small lunch, it should not be more than $15
