Our waitress Kelly was so friendly and attentive! Highly recommend this place for family and friends in the area!

The round pies are fantastic!!! I had the Bronx pizza and it was so delicious. There is nothing better than a good wood fired pizza

I traveled from Stamford to Springdale only to discover that Amore doesn’t have a spicy diavolo sauce over spaghetti having an Italian restaurant 2 blocks away from my home that serves a delicious diavolo sauce instead of traveling a 5 mile commute by car spending the same price and being disappointed on the bland food choice I chose by going by the name of the restaurant!(Amore) last time I will go back for a pasta meal!

Pizza here is different from other restaurants. But I like it very well. I moved to Stamford for a few years. Tried a lot of places, this one is different but on top of my list

Pizza is horrible , hard crust my child chocked on it, I called n asked for fresh mozzarella cheese and they still put Processed one, over cooked, I don’t think it was even a pizza dough it was more like a overcooked pita bread .
Pasta penne La vodka was ok tasting , not enough sauce, dry.
Ceasar was ok. Not too good.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Before ordering the fried calamari, I specifically asked if it was fresh, and they assured me it was. However, when I received it, it was anything but fresh—chewy, rubbery, and absolutely disgusting. Extremely disappointing.

The food here is good and Amore has a wide variety to choose from. We really enjoyed the wings and the waitress was really nice.

The drinks weren’t the best but that wouldn’t stop us from coming back again. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Amore is one of the few places we haven't ordered pizza from in Stamford. We won't again. Pizza is barely a step above school pizza with cheese not melted very well and tomato sauce thats tastes like ketchup. The garlic knots were also stale. Maybe the entrees are good?

Atmosphere and service were great, food was decent, however, it would be wonderful if they provided the more traditional and user-friendly experience of a Chicken Scarpariello dish with no bones in the chicken. Too much work for an otherwise, simple and delicious dish.

Horrendous service. I always wanted to try this place and I figured I had the time today so I ordered for pickup. Gave them 20 minutes even though they told it would only take 10 minutes. Came into the restaurant and couldn’t even get the bartender or ANY employee to help me pay for my meal and go. Made eye contact with both of them but they decided I wasn’t worth their time .
Stood there for 15 minutes looking like an idiot and couldn’t take it anymore so I left without my food. HUGE waste of my time. Never again.

I’ve lived in the area my whole life, yet I’d never been to Amore. I decided to stop by with a friend one day for lunch and I was amazed at everything.

The server was very attentive and she took her time explaining the menu to us. This was greatly appreciated as it was our first time and we were looking for recommendations from the kitchen.

I ended up getting the chicken parm wedge, which was incredible. The bread was crunchy and the chicken was fresh. That order even comes with a side of fries which wasn’t specified in the description on the menu!

The ambience inside the restaurant is quite nice as well.

Spectacular service, great venue, and great food. I definitely recommend people to stop by if they’re in the Springdale area.

Parking: There is parking on the street on Hope Street, but also a small lot which is usually empty on Rolling Place.
