They could not provide what I ordered online nor cancel the order. Without an apology, the attitude was arrogant.I wish they had a better control to keep the menu up to date or at least try to be nice (the person said the restaurant did not cause any problem, despite of the waste of my time).

They advertise breakfast, its on the menu, its on their website, they open at 9:30am, but I get there to have breakfast and they say they stopped doing breakfast A LONG time ago. What??? Why is it on the menu if you stopped doing it A LONG time ago??? Place needs help

Although not quite on par with similar restaurants in the area, Atlantic Street holds its own and offers good food at extremely reasonable prices. For example , four of us ordered burgers and fries recently that cost around $50. At most other places around town, the same four meals would run closer to $70. Although I only thought my burger was okay, the other three folks in my party were exceedingly pleased with their meals. No doubt I'll return on occasion try some of their other fare.

The website wasn't working so called to order it in and Got it delivered. Customer service was good. I got a large cheese pizza and it was ok. I would say that it wasn't the best and I've eaten here before in the past. I'm not sure what it was but it lost its touch.
Tonight I ordered dinner from Atlantic Street at 6:14pm through Seamless Web (Grubhub) saying my order would be delivered between 6:55 and 7:05. At 6:38 I received an update saying my order would be delayed and it would now be coming between 7:18 and 7:28. Then at 7:34 I received a text that my order had been cancelled. When I called Atlantic Street they told me they had no never even received an order and there was nothing they could do.

I ate lunch here at least three times a week for the past year ….I’ve watched them almost double the price on most food items, while decreasing portions dramatically . Yet I still didnt complain…. staying loyal to the place for as long as humanly possible, But as time went by the quality of the food started to decrease. Then the customer service started to take a swan dive off the Eiffel Tower , they were now messing up your order on simple dishes ordered just as they appear on the menu …… if that wasn’t bad enough, sometimes even completely forget your order and not make it at all . it’s truly a shame that a mom and pops place been open for 60 years could take such a dramatic turn . I sincerely hope that they were able to get back on track and start providing good quality food like they used to

The food used to be good the last couple months not only have a double the price, but they have decreased portion size , and the food is not being cooked with quality or care . or completely forgetting to make your order.... It's a shame a few bad apples can run a business down right in the ground.

One of the best food spots in Stamford. I didn't like the pizza but the gyros & greek fries are authentically made and seasoned perfectly. Not many good spots in Stamford but this is my go to all the time. The owner is a sweet old lady who treats her employees kindly!

Came here for the first time not too long ago, i gotta say i expected it to be like every other lowkey pizza spot in downtown but this was nice. Food is great and the atmosphere is calm and clean. Nothing wrong at all, plus the cashier is really really really pretty. She’s actually my girlfriend, anyways great store.
