Special shout-out to the manager, Kella who is a total rockstar - and her brother, Tom who is kind, efficient, and has the nicest vibe. Made our dining experience even better.
First and last time to bareburger. It was a Friday evening and the restaurant was only 1/3 seated (should have been the first sign not to go here!). We waited almost an hour for our burgers. Wait staff didn’t seem to care at all.

First time I went I waited 10-20 mins just to get water and it wasn’t busy, ordered food and took another 30 minThey were out of stock for the matcha milkshake, I was really craving that. Fast forward 2 weeks I come back, service still terrible, not welcoming, employees on their phone bumping into me because they aren’t paying attention. And best part, “sold out” again with the matcha. What’s going on with management that the employees don’t care?

This was not a pleasant dining experience. We got to the restaurant very soon after it ordered and there were not many people there at all. We sat outside and everything took forever to come out. They messed up almost the entire order too. We didn’t have one consistent waiter and only one out of the three staff members were apologetic. The pretzel was good but the burger was very well done and not that great. The popcorn chicken was also not the best. Will not be coming back.
