First time dining at this beautiful restaurant. This is hidden gem! !!
As an appetizer, I tried the best grilled octopus! Cooked just right!. Then, I had the ink squid fettuccine, it had shrimp, mussels & calamari. And, it was just amazing!. The service was great! Pepe is so welcoming, he makes u feel right at home! I will definitely recommend this restaurant. True Italy!

I hate giving poor reviews, but feel like it is important to be transparent to give a restaurant the opportunity to be better. Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially given the much better options for Italian food in Stamford. The reason is the combination of subpar food taste and disappointing service. Here is the feedback on the food ordered:
Margarita pizza: Very salty sauce and dough. Unacceptable error to whoever made this sauce and dough. For $20 for a 12 inch pie, this gets a rating of 4/10.
Ravioli del Cerro: the inside of these ravioli had the same identical filling as the ones you get frozen in stop and shop. Bland flavor. I do not think these are homemade. Overall rating 5/10.
Eggplant Rollatini: was the best item we had for our meal, but okay overall. 7/10 rating.
Lastly, it's the only Italian restaurant I've been to that doesn't provide a nice bread basket/olive oil to start. It's a small gesture that improves the restaurant experience.
Regarding service, the waitresses were clueless about a lot of things and inattentive needing to be called several times. Also, told us we will be charged dinner prices even though we initially got lunch menus.
Overall, the place has very cute ambiance and feels like it should be a go to date spot. However, unless something changes, expect to overpay for very disappointing food and service.

I wanted to like this place but unfortunately it was the worst meal I’ve had in a while. My friend also mentioned to me unprompted, that he regretted trying this place.
The pizzas were bland and lacked anything special having no character. This might’ve been the first time I had to salt my pizza. The dough tasted like cardboard, and the texture was hard and dense instead of crispy and flaky. No puffiness. No charring from the oven. It was also cold.
The carbonara was also far removed from any carbonara I’ve had in Italy but the real problem was the taste. The taste profile was bland, flat and overall felt rubbery. Neither of us could finish it. At least the pasta itself was cooked well. the service throughout was attentive and friendly. I’m just disappointed in the food experience, especially given the price point.

Our first visit to Bari167 and it most certainly will not be our last! Some of the best Italian food we’ve had outside of Italy! My husband and I shared the Gorgonzola salad, the Pappardelle Il Forno and the Eggplant Rollatini. I let the waitress know that I only enjoyed pasta that was prepared very Al Dente. She recommended that I switch out the pappardelle with ziti. It was prepared perfectly! The porcini mushrooms and sausage were so fresh and delicious. Big Pieces of sausage. The rotini was gooey and cheesy, and the sauce was perfect. Even the rolls were delicious! Our server, Laura, was lovely, and full of good advice. And it seemed that all of the servers took real pleasure in how much we enjoyed the meal. A fun vibe for a summer night on Bedford Street. Definitely give it a try!

Sat on the patio for a quiet Sunday lunch. Service was excellent and the gnocchi with vodka was flavorful and cooked well. Great spot to have nearby

The flavor of the squid ink pasta was a bit lacking, with the seafood, the pasta, and the sauce not talking to each other. The hawiian pizza was also just average.

Love this place! It’s my go to Italian restaurant. Their focaccia bread is delicious with olives and grape tomatoes baked in. You can’t go wrong with any of the pasta dishes. The inside is cozy with decor that makes you feel like your eating in the streets of Rome or Naples. And in the summer they have outdoor seating which is great.

Cold pizza - had to send it back. Sub par risotto and pasta! Not worth the $s.
