Wonderful place! Everything about our visit was excellent. We were greeted by friendly staff and were seated quickly. The restaurant was clean and decorated for the season (Valentine's Day). We ordered our appetizers: pasta fagioli and Caesar salad and were not disappointed. For an entree we had broccoli rabe pizza which the chef modified for our vegetarian diet. It was delicious. The crust was thin and had the right amount of crunch. The rabe was the right amount of garlicky. We should have each ordered our own! And dessert! Who knew that vanilla ice cream dowsed in good, hot espresso could be so sublime. The homemade Limoncello shot, rounded off a lovely lunch. We have been to Bari before and will return every chance we get. Big Mike, Johnny and the staff bring southern Italy to Stamford. No passport needed.Maria and MarkRhode IslandVegetarian options: The chef modified for us.

Friends brought us for dinner and it was simply amazing. Best Fettuccine Arturo I have ever eaten! Save room for a lobster tail! Charming team under watchful eye of delightful Big Mike. Memorable experience!

Wonderful food...a definite place to dine at. Wonderful wait staff. I was visiting in the Stamford area and my family recommended this place...better than the over-priced restaurants we dined at in NYC! Ambiance was comforting, warm and charming.

We had an enjoyable dinner on the patio in the crisp evening error after the street parade. The service was hospitable and the options for delicious. The pizza was proper, we had two of them. As a fan of cocktails, the brown sugar old fashioned was very good. It's location on the street stands out and it felt like a proper Parisian or Italian restaurant that you would find in France or Italy. The decor and the ambiance were absolutely fantastic. You can see that they took a lot of time and effort to provide this space that felt like you were in an Italian restaurant. Even the bathroom was well done and clean. Highly recommend visiting this place if you're in the mood for a good Italian food. Great spot to hang out and have some drinks as well.

I've ordered from Bari multiple times and have been pleased every time. I'm writing today because although the pizza that was delivered was the wrong thing entirely, Chris was extremely kind and helpful with getting me a refund. We'll continue to order from Bari without worrying.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and wasn't disappointed. It's a small space so it was a little loud since it was packed but the decor was very charming and reminded me of a place I would find in the Italian section of Providence, Federal Hill. It felt authentic and the food proved it was. Everything was delicious, even the pizza. I would just add some olive oil and hot cherry peppers to the calamari. But that's a RI thing. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. Definitely worth visiting and I'll be back again soon for sure.

Delicious! We've been here several times and the food is consistently delicious. They have an extensive menu of pastas, pizza, wedges, and more. We've had their fettuccine bolognese, squid ink fettuccine, and meatball wedge. They mentioned all of their pasta dishes can be made gluten free and they'd switch out the pasta. They also have gluten free pizza. The wait staff is always very friendly and the atmosphere transforms you to an Italian cafe. The outdoor seating is very pleasant, too.

Title: Wonderful Experience with Great Service and Delicious EntreesI recently had the pleasure of dining at this Italian restaurant, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The standout feature of our evening was the amazing customer service. The waitress and the person refilling our waters were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. What impressed me the most was their willingness to accommodate our furry friend - they allowed us to bring our dog into the enclosed outdoor area, which added to the pleasant ambiance. For our appetizer, we tried the clams casino, but unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. It was oily and chewy. However, the waitress was quick to address the issue and offered to remove it from our bill since we barely touched it. I truly appreciated her willingness to make us happy with our meal. The main courses, on the other hand, were exceptional. I ordered the fettuccine Arturo with shrimp, and my boyfriend had the Papparedelle with beef.To complement our meal, we enjoyed some well-crafted old fashioned drinks! The restaurant's ambiance was perfect - a great mix of cozy and elegant. Despite the initial disappointment with the appetizer, the excellent service, delicious entrees, and inviting atmosphere make me eager to return. I am looking forward to coming back and exploring more of their menu.
