Easily one of the worst-managed restaurants I’ve ever dealt with. We were told a 15-minute wait, checked in at 35 and were told we were next, only to find out at 55 minutes that the manager, Kevin F., had given our table away — and didn’t even bother to apologize.
If the manager can’t handle something as basic as a waitlist or own up to a mistake, it says everything about this place.

Food was good. , but rest of experience not great. For starters the order was 2 esquites, and 5 tacos (all marked down on the provided paper), a coffee was ordered and a “green juice” margarita . One taco was missing and they never brought me my margarita. I would have mentioned it to the server but after the tacos came, there was no follow up. (Luckily we were not charged for either). The tacos come out on a shared plate, but we were never given plates to eat on, and there were no napkins on the table (I had to go to another table and take from there). After finishing our tacos, no one acknowledged that we were ready for the bill, finally after some wait someone came by and I asked for the bill. They left the bill on the table and never came back around to take it. I had to walk to the bar to ask if I can settle my bill.. at that point they said they will send a server over. So final review; food - at the least the portion I did receive was good, drinks- couldn’t tell you because mine was not given to me, service-really bad. Probably will not go back based on service alone.

Just got off the phone with TIM (manager) who didn’t seem to care that this THING (glass/plastic) was in my esquites corn for lunch . I made Tim aware of “hey I’m not trying to be that person but….” Not only did he say sorry in a nonchalant way, he offered to take the $6 side dish off the bill instead of refunding the entire $50 bill. I used to be a fan of this place now I no longer would like to be a patron or supporter.
How dare he, and whomever made him manager of that establishment.

If could give this place zero stars I would, I would never come order from this place again. Me and My friends order food for pick up and spent 45 dollars.
1. Roasted Chicken 0/5, this chicken was dryer the desert, after eating it, me and my friends felt like throwing up. 2. Duck Birria taco 0/5, the sauce was okay and the tacos were disgusting, tasted dry, lacked flavor and had a weird taste, coverd in grease. 3. quesadilla 2/5, they were the only good thing, the flavor was Okay but it was cover in grease and was wet. 4. Steak taco, we got one, tiny little steak taco from the kids menu, since when does a kid eat one taco. 2/5 the taste was okay. 5. CORN, -0/5 the corn was the most disgusting thing I have ever ate, my friend almost threw up after eating it, it had a hair on it. 6. Plantains 3/5, was the only good thing, the taste was fine When We came to pick up the food.We had to grab it ourselves the server didn't even grab the food for us and give it to us.We had to grab it off the counter ourselves. The server was on the phone the whole time.And I saw she had fourteen dollars on her cash app. Get ur money up and instead of using ur phone. At the end of the day, I will never come back to this place again because the food was terrible, this made me and my friends sick,

Bar Taco Stamford is an awesome spot. The food is always delicious and the drinks are fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is top notch. All of the staff is always so friendly and they make you feel at home. If you’re lucky enough to have Brittany as your bartender, you’ll be sure to have the best experience! Good vibes all around, I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to have a good time, anytime.

I ordered a top shelf tequila with club soda. The first drink I got was tequila with flat water. Tried returning for a correct order, then I received a club soda with no tequila. Finally the manager brought me a tequila soda but had the same problem as prior. Resulted in me having to order a standard margarita. I have had this problem at another bar taco establishment.
