If could give this place zero stars I would, I would never come order from this place again. Me and My friends order food for pick up and spent 45 dollars.
1. Roasted Chicken 0/5, this chicken was dryer the desert, after eating it, me and my friends felt like throwing up. 2. Duck Birria taco 0/5, the sauce was okay and the tacos were disgusting, tasted dry, lacked flavor and had a weird taste, coverd in grease. 3. quesadilla 2/5, they were the only good thing, the flavor was Okay but it was cover in grease and was wet. 4. Steak taco, we got one, tiny little steak taco from the kids menu, since when does a kid eat one taco. 2/5 the taste was okay. 5. CORN, -0/5 the corn was the most disgusting thing I have ever ate, my friend almost threw up after eating it, it had a hair on it. 6. Plantains 3/5, was the only good thing, the taste was fine When We came to pick up the food.We had to grab it ourselves the server didn't even grab the food for us and give it to us.We had to grab it off the counter ourselves. The server was on the phone the whole time.And I saw she had fourteen dollars on her cash app. Get ur money up and instead of using ur phone. At the end of the day, I will never come back to this place again because the food was terrible, this made me and my friends sick,

Bar Taco Stamford is an awesome spot. The food is always delicious and the drinks are fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is top notch. All of the staff is always so friendly and they make you feel at home. If you’re lucky enough to have Brittany as your bartender, you’ll be sure to have the best experience! I ordered a top shelf tequila with club soda. The first drink I got was tequila with flat water. Tried returning for a correct order, then I received a club soda with no tequila. Finally the manager brought me a tequila soda but had the same problem as prior. Resulted in me having to order a standard margarita. I have had this problem at another bar taco establishment.

Pretty good spot. The food was good and the prices were fair. The Ahi Tuna Bowl had too much sauce and was way too salty. Our waiter was pretty nice but the QR code they have you scan at your table doesnt work and the phone service is terrible. You have to scream to talk to people at your table because the music is way too loud. Also why is guac and chips $10?

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. I was having a rough day and decided to stop by bartaco to clear my head. The restaurant wasn’t too busy, so I grabbed a seat at the bar—and that’s when everything turned around.
From the moment I sat down, I was welcomed by an incredible bartender named Xander. He greeted me with a genuine smile and open arms, and his energy immediately lifted my spirits. Not only did he serve up margaritas bursting with flavor, but he also checked in on me throughout my visit, made conversation, and even introduced me to some of the other staff.
Xander went above and beyond to make me feel seen, welcomed, and appreciated. It honestly felt less like a restaurant visit and more like being taken care of by an old friend. That kind of service is rare—and unforgettable.
To Xander and the bartaco crew: thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for turning my day around. I’ll be back—and I’ll be bringing friends.

We ate outside with our pup and just after we ordered the staff came over and told us it's likely going to rain. This gave us enough time to get our order to go and walk home before the deluge started. What a thoughtful group!! Manager Kevin came over and helped express our takeout. Food was fantastic. Service was amazing! Highly recommend.
