Bedford Hall Craft Kitchen & Bar

Three of us took a trip from Farmington CT to visit thia craft location and it was not worth the trip. The steak and eggs breakfast was awful. The steak was chewy like eating a elastic band. Then the order of pancakes came out with no syrup or butter. By the time the butter and syrup came out the pancakes were cold. The Emma the manager spoke to us and said she would remove the eggs and steak completely off the bill. We then received the bill and Emma decided to recant what she said and removed a portion of The meal. Absolutely unprofessional and dissatisfied with the entire experience. Customers should be aware of this. Not worth the experience and we wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time visiting.

Nice bar & grille on Bedford. Walking distance from our hotel. Food was good, as was the service. Went midday, plenty of tables open.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu viewed online only, not on the printed menu.

Shared a bunch of appetizers and great time catching up with friends. We went during Santa-con so great if you want a lively vibe! We are a bit more chill and will plan accordingly next time, but the drinks were great, loved my Spicy Paloma 🔥

They apparently were closed for a private event. Staff couldn't take time to let incoming customers know. No signs posted. Was actually informed by a patron of the event. Not sure anyone was actually working.

God awful, don't waste your time here, lines to the bar way to long, had to wait half hour.

Not a bad place, came for food and drinks, food came fast but to get drinks it took about 45 mins. Wasn’t that packed for three bartenders and a bar back and could understand if it was a full house but wasn’t. DJ was great, service could use work.

Atmosphere is great, food is fantastic. Everything we ate was really delicious. I tried to choose a favorite but ultimately it was easier to choose a least favorite thing because everything else was tied for favorite. Service was slow—understandably, because it was packed—but slow enough that it did start to impact our enjoyment of the meal a little. Basically, I don't mind if food takes forever as long as they stay on top of drinks, but my drink was often empty and I at least need something to sip on while I wait. We'll definitely come back, but it'll have to be on a night when we're feeling patient.

The food was really good, the service was pleasant and the prices were comparable to other locations. I shall return.

I got the braised short rib which was amazing! Excellent flavor, didn't need the knife at all! The wait staff were friendly and attentive. We opted to eat outside because the music inside was a bit too loud which is the reason I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere. Despite that I will definitely go back here when I am in town again.

We had our welcome dinner at Bedford Hall in September, and the process of coordination as well as the night of service were seamless.

Nico was incredibly helpful in finalizing logistics prior to the dinner. The night of the event, the staff was attentive and incredibly pleasant. The food and drinks were phenomenal, and our guests were specifically raving about the honey & goat cheese pizza.

Thank you to the Bedford Hall Craft Kitchen & Bar team for helping us have the welcome dinner we had hoped for with our family, friends and guests. We cannot wait to come back for lunch or dinner again!

Been here twice both times, not even a menu arrived at least 20 mins after we were seated . Food arrived at 48 mins after. Very very very slow service and weird because people who were seated after us got serviced. We were 4 in a family and this was the silverware on our table until the food came which was after a very very very long time. So I feel like twice in a row cannot be a coincidence. Think we will pass Bedford Hall next time. Food is good but the wait for everything is brutal. I feel terrible as I got my husband this time and he was unimpressed with his place.
