There is a young girl that I feel she is new to Beldotti bakery. Today is Christmas Eve and she helped me before today and had no personality. Today was no different. She is rude and not helpful at all and just complained about the line being so long. It’s Christmas Eve what did she expect. The gentleman in front of me walked out because she was so rude to him when he was asking her a question. Beldotti bakery items are amazing. Breads are delicious and generally the staff and friendly and helpful. If I see her there next time I go I will not let her help me. Will wait for another staff member

Stopped by the bakery to treat myself. The two ladies working the counter were super friendly and gave me solid recommendations for my very pregnant self to treat myself to. I got a cookie, brownie, and donut all for an amazing price - a price that, at many other prices, would just cover one of those items because it’s unnecessarily bougie. Will definitely go back for yummy treats! Highly recommend, and I’m glad I found them

Beldotti Bakery has come through for me every time I need them! From the cakes to their donuts they always deliver on a sweet treat. I would be remiss not to mention Beldotti's has the best bread around - Italian and Sourdough are classics. Fantastic family run business!

We stopped at the bakery on the way to a funeral and were amazed at the different baked goods that were available. We purchased coffee and a couple of pastries, and also a loaf of tuscan bread to bring home. Unfortunately, we are not from the area and only wish we had a bakery like this where we live in NH. The bread and pastries were great and we only regret that we were not able to sample the other goodies.

The workers here are so disrespectful to customers, they have attitudes and do not know how to talk to people. I will never buy again from this place. Owners beware customer service is a must for small business.

The lady with the long blond hair is extremely rude. I asked her if I can put a “2” on a sprinkle cookie and she said “I don’t do the decorating” I asked if it could please be in pink “if we have it” and was so rude. She was rude to me the entire time. “Do you want the cookies in a box or a bag”. I said “whatever is easier I am just putting them on my tray” she said “I don’t know how many cookies you need” … I didn’t ask you that. I said whichever is easier for you to put the cookies in. She didn’t put any effort into this 2. You are a bakery….you can make a 2! This was $30. What disgusting behavior. I am officially not coming back. I’ve ordered many party cookies here in the past and now I’m going to find somewhere else. Lady with the blond hair is a red flag. And she let “Amy” cut me in the line which is no big deal. But she had a bad attitude. Thanks for doing a terrible job!
