We stopped at the bakery on the way to a funeral and were amazed at the different baked goods that were available. We purchased coffee and a couple of pastries, and also a loaf of tuscan bread to bring home. Unfortunately, we are not from the area and only wish we had a bakery like this where we live in NH. The bread and pastries were great and we only regret that we were not able to sample the other goodies.

The lady with the long blond hair is extremely rude. I asked her if I can put a “2” on a sprinkle cookie and she said “I don’t do the decorating” I asked if it could please be in pink “if we have it” and was so rude. She was rude to me the entire time. “Do you want the cookies in a box or a bag”. I said “whatever is easier I am just putting them on my tray” she said “I don’t know how many cookies you need” … I didn’t ask you that. I said whichever is easier for you to put the cookies in. She didn’t put any effort into this 2. You are a bakery….you can make a 2! This was $30. What disgusting behavior. I am officially not coming back. I’ve ordered many party cookies here in the past and now I’m going to find somewhere else. Lady with the blond hair is a red flag. And she let “Amy” cut me in the line which is no big deal. But she had a bad attitude. Thanks for doing a terrible job!

There are no prices on anything. The kids working there didn’t even know the prices and were asking each other. A small tart , maybe 5 or 6 “ in diameter started out at 12.95.,By the time I got to the register it cost me 30 dollars with tax. Absolutely over priced. I decided to pay the price as I was in a rush. When we went to my guests house and tasted the fruit on the tart was spoiled. . The young man that packaged the tart placed the box on a sticky counter so he got the whole bottom of the box sticky. A horrible experience!! Keep Away!!
Rude service.. Stay away from this place if you are looking for a friendly atmosphere.

What else can I say. Best bakery ever. Old school. Glazed donut right out of oven. Exploded with flavor. Never had better. Not to soft. Not to hard. Coffee cake donut and Danish awesome. French bread as good as bread in New York. Service was so friendly. Greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was. All four employees were friendly to all the customers. I used to live in Stamford now I live in FL. I visit Stamford 4 x a year. I will be back every chance I get.

Wonderful neighborhood bakery, everything is amazing. Get there early on friday for challah, only day they have it. So worth it!!!

The baked goods here is pretty good and I never have a problem with the service. However some of their holiday items are very expensive. A big 5lb holiday platter of cookies cost $85 ! It didn’t even look like 5lb of food.

Ordered 2 sheet cakes for a birthday. Their cake are huge, they say 1 sheet cake is for 15-20 people but you can easily feed 30 with one. So they tend to make you overbiy by telling you it's for 15-20 people. They are also super expensive. I was disapppointed by the sheet cakes. Ordered one chocolate and one moka. The taste was not to our taste to say the least (no one wanted tp take leftover cake home out of more than 20 people). I think I am better off getting a cake from the supermarket next time.
