The worker Rishon is a great worker and great human being. Always acknowledges what you order and any other requests that you provide. Always great service and never had a problems ordering boba with Rishon.

Got regular milk tea and boba. The boba was too small for my liking and the tea was salty for some reason. They also didn’t add very much boba and the drink was warm even after shaking - which due to the nature of the cup, I couldn’t do without it spilling out.

I have a great experienced today to the lady who serves me she was amazing I loved how she do my drinks.

This is absolutely unacceptable! My family and I have been coming here weekly and every visit was pleasant. The staff take their time to get to know each customer and make the drinks perfectly. Always amazing service and high quality drinks. We first found out about this brand at the Norwalk location and found it way better than Whale Tea because of the friendly staff and quick service. It's saddening to hear that the owners of the company would mistreat their staff and retaliate by firing their manager for not tolerating the violation of health codes. I wish the best of luck to the staff(current and past). My family and I will avoid coming here and will not give any more money to the greedy and disrespectful owners and I suggest everyone to do the same. (This was posted at the Norwalk location)

Staff/owner are extremely friendly and welcoming to children A++ for me. Tried the milk tea ice cream- SOO GOOD- and the matcha which was also great. Will be coming back. Good luck!!

I got the honey dew bubble tea, it didn’t taste like toothpaste such as the other boba place at the mall. 10/10 experience will go again.

I am a bubble tea lover and have had my share of bubble tea (probably too much lol) in my life. I was so happy when Whale Tea came to Stamford, and now Black Pearl!? I'm absolutely thrilled. I haven't been to the Norwalk location so this is my first time trying Black Pearl. I got my go-to order: original flavored bubble tea with reduced sugar and light ice. It's absolutely delicious and doesn't leave a weird after taste. Highly recommend! I just hope they survive as I worry about its location and it was always quite empty unlike Whale Tea in downtown Stamford.
