Bad experience/customer service. The two employees (one tall black skinny individual & a short fat latino) are both disrespectful and discriminating. Apart from that, they were both mocking my partner and sister instead of preparing the beverages that were ordered. Need to be either written up or terminated. Definitely will not got through this again. The incident occurred Saturday, August 9 around 5:20pm.
Tea was delicious, boba pearls were fresh and bouncy. The person behind the counter was extremely helpful and friendly.
I usually go to Whale Tea in Stamford, but the other day I stopped by the mall and stumbled across Black Pearl—and wow! The place was super clean and beautifully designed, and the employee working (I believe his name was Chaz) was incredibly welcoming and helpful.
Unfortunately, they didn’t have taro at that location, but Chaz let me know that the SoNo location carries it. He also recommended a couple of other drinks, and let me just say the tropical paradise ? Every sip was heaven! 😅 That drink alone was enough to make me a returning customer.Can’t wait to visit the SoNo spot and finally try the taro! 💜

The worker Rishon is a great worker and great human being. Always acknowledges what you order and any other requests that you provide. Always great service and never had a problems ordering boba with Rishon.

Got regular milk tea and boba. The boba was too small for my liking and the tea was salty for some reason. They also didn’t add very much boba and the drink was warm even after shaking - which due to the nature of the cup, I couldn’t do without it spilling out.
