Got the Pearl Milk Tea - the boba was over cooked and the drink is very milky and sweet, not very strong tea flavor. Also it has a little powdery texture. They don't ask how you want your sugar or ice level so you're just stuck with how it is. The only option in SoNo but not good bubble tea.

Unconventional boba location in the SonoMall. Lots of places to sit. The drinks are preset with no customization. The sugar and ice levels were both too high for me.The drinks were ready before I could get out my wallet.It's on the second floor right by the elevators which is odd and the parking garage is a few dollars per hour.The boba experience was fine.

This is absolutely unacceptable! My family and I have been coming here weekly and every visit was pleasant. The staff take their time to get to know each customer and make the drinks perfectly. Always amazing service and high quality drinks. We first found out about this brand at the Norwalk location and found it way better than Whale Tea because of the friendly staff and quick service. It's saddening to hear that the owners of the company would mistreat their staff and retaliate by firing their manager for not tolerating the violation of health codes. I wish the best of luck to the staff(current and past). My family and I will avoid coming here and will not give any more money to the greedy and disrespectful owners and I suggest everyone to do the same. (This was posted at the Norwalk location)

Best honeydew I've had before! Doesn't taste as artificial, more like the actual fruit. Could do with a bit less milk.Pearl milk tea is not bad, not too sweet, but very milky.Pearls themselves weren't braised in sugar so they aren't very sweet alone.
Biggest criticism is the wait sometimes for this spot. The line can get pretty long. The drinks are good and affordable and they have a points rewards system you can sign up for at the register.

Yay for another boba place in town! Glad it's becoming more mainstream here in CT. Tried their taro and brown sugar and both tasted great. The staff were friendly and efficient. Located on the 2nd floor, inside Sono mall.
