I strongly advise staying away from this place. They need to be shut down. I gave them three chances to prove me wrong, but I’ve had enough. There are mice here! Please stay away from this place!
The managers and staff are very rude and unprofessional. They have no motivation to work there and clearly don’t care about their customers.

looks like something straight out of Vegas.. The went BIG. No expense Was spared. High End Decor.. Every Sport was on a screen up front, Food was Delicious & the Staff was very accomodating. A Sports minded person would feel like they found a Second Home.

The staff that work at this place are extremely rude- the only thing this place has going for its self are the massive amounts of televisions for sports- other than that the place is horrible! Who ever answers the phone on Sunday afternoons is extremely rude the front of house manager is very unprofessional- there is no “ customers come first” feeling there at all- you honestly feel like you are putting them out being there! I have worked in the food service industry for a very long time and let me tell you if you’re looking to go out , relax, and feel comfortable do not waste your time going here! On top of it all the kitchen staff is horrible! It took almost 3 hours for basic nachos to come out! They kept messing it up - no one came to apologize to our group- they eventually took it off - it wasn’t even that busy either! It’s a shame because this place could be a very great place to hang out at/ I strongly believe they need to do a massive employee clean out or put them all through training in hospitality!

This was my first time at Bobby V’s and definitely my last. I came here today and we ordered our appetizer, nachos, around 1:15… didn’t receive them until close to 3:30. Our server was very nice so this is nothing against him, but we were told several times that the kitchen kept messing up the nachos and they’d be right out. It was over 2 hours until we received them, and mind you this isn’t even the main meal. We ordered the main meal while still waiting for the nachos since it seemed to be taking awhile. That didn’t arrive until about 35 minutes after the nachos name. We were with a big party and everyone else seemed to have gotten their food in a timely manner, some even got second rounds of food before our almost 2.5 hour wait for the nachos. I had my toddler and my infant with me as well, so it was hard to keep waiting that long while my kiddos were getting fussy and cranky and wanting to go home.

We ended up not having to pay for the nachos and I had made a comment that I didn’t want my main dish anymore because the rest of our party was getting ready to leave and we had been there so long that my apetite went away. I still received the main meal (not cooked how I wanted) and still had to pay for it. Along with an extra side of fries that were supposed to be on the house.

I had no issue with our server, as he did seem as genuinely upset as we were that we were waiting for so long and there was mishaps from the kitchen.

Fast forward to when we finally got home and settled, I gave the restaurant a call because I just didn’t think it was fair to have been charged the rest of the bill when I requested to not even receive my main dish and we got charged for the extra fries. I’m not one to ever complain or even write reviews about places, this is my first time, but everything was handled terribly. When I called to speak to the manager, a lady named Emily answered and immediately asked my first and last name and said she needed to know that information to “see what they’d be dealing with”. I found it very rude and unprofessional to say something like that, rather than simply asking what was wrong and how she could help.

It’s a shame we won’t be returning there, nor will the other 12 people in our party who didn’t enjoy the food. Hopefully they will fix this for others in the future.

Big, open sports bar with lots of screens. Very comfortable seating, nice tables, mostly, if not all stool height.

Bar food and apps were very good, nicer entrees were not great but not bad either.

Service was absolutely atrocious. Bartenders and servers have no drive to serve anyone. The place wasn’t that busy for the first Saturday of college football and that should’ve been the first red flag. The food is fine here, and it’s great to be able to watch all the games, but honestly it’s useless if no one wants to get you a drink. The bartenders refuse to make eye contact with you so they don’t have to serve you. Then you look over and all the servers and bartenders are at the end of the bar chit chatting and on their phones. I had the nerve to say “can I please get a drink?” And the bartender acted like I was the one being rude. I work in the service and hospitality industry and never would treat any of my clients the way these servers/bartenders treat their guests. It must be a massive management issue at this point. I will not be back.

Overall an ok experience. Food was decent, got pretzel appetizer which was good and Ceasar Wrap, wrap was crispy in places which was different. Biggest knock was service. We never received utensils, and waiter was barely attentive. Even after asked for napkins didn't realize there was no silverware on the table. Having TVs at each booth and massive TV wall was nice. Bobby Vs has deteriorated service wise over the years. My family used to frequent the old location and service was great . We loved it then!

Last week after a challenging work week, BV was our first choice to unwind . However, we walked out after 12minutes -

The place had two customers in the bar and our table of two, Plus one group who were paying and another table of 6. dining area.

After the hostess Ann lead us to our table, no one approached us for 15m- while we could see one bartender, another bartender or wait staff on the side of the bar was focused on his phone for several mins then went to join the other bartender . But again there were only two customers in the bar! Horrible .

Scott (the manager?) was twiddling with the tv remote. Then he was done, but still no one offered water or asked for our drinks order at least . Disappointing service !

We decided to walk to Tiernan’s- two bartenders - full bar- first thing they said was hello, and under two minutes we had our drinks and a food menu. Mind you, there was a party of about 40 people on the closed dart area of Tiernan’s for a “private group party” and yet these two female
Bartenders had it under control
- no lines, no frowns from customers and in 15 minutes we had our drinks and food. That’s the same time we waited and was totally ignored at BVs. Maybe that’s why Tiernan’s has more stars than BVs. This experience with BVs happened three times in the last 7 months. Never again.

Zack is the BEST Server. He’s always making sure if we’re ok. Even when it’s super busy. He’s so friendly and welcoming. I want him as our permanent waiter.
