Just wanted to thank you for serving the most tender (cut with a fork) and flavorful Berkshire pork chop I have had the pleasure of eating. This compliment on your quality and preparation is unequivocal as I have eaten pork chops in more than 200 restaurants throughout the USA, Mexico, South America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Japan, Spain and France. My absolute favorite brined pork chop is served at Castelli’s Ristorante in Palm Desert CA. Inasmuch as my brother lives in Stamford I will be back. BTW my wife’s Braised Short Ribs were melt in your mouth as well. A great big thank you and hat’s off to the culinary team.

I loved the plantains and salsa to start! We had the camarones al ajillo (the sauce was amazing), arroz con pollo (cute aesthetic), bistec a caballo, and the burrito—everything was VERY good! We also did the lunch special, which included empanadas and churros, all for just $20!

I wish I knew about this restaurant sooner! The decor and ambiance is so cute and the patio is perfect for a summer dinner or drinks at the outdoor bar. Everything we ordered was incredible from the empanadas to the steak and the delicious crepes. Drinks were also really great and you can tell everything is very fresh! The seasonal cocktails all sound so good, so I will definitely be back soon! Plus, they have a great happy hour with deals on drinks and apps!

We've been to Brasitas twice now, and will definitely come back often.
The service is fantastic from very friendly and accommodating host and servers to quick turnaround on food and drinks.
Every item we ordered was delicious. The table starter of plantain chips with homemade salsa is incredible - you might ask for seconds!
The mini empanadas are perfect tasty bites and the ceviche was fresh and went quickly.
Every entree was on point, including the rice and black beans which are perfectly made.
We haven't tried the desserts but they looked great at nearby tables.
