First time there and it was so yummy. We brought two little kids and sometimes it’s hard eating out with them but the staff was so friendly; they made us feel so comfortable. Great food and great service. Recommend!

Ordered (2) quesadillas and a large chips & guac, for $12 mind you. I called the minute the food was dropped off to let them know the chips & guac we're missing. They told me to "come get it or they'll send it tomorrow". Store closes in 2hrs. After all the delivery "fees", I get told to come pick up an item they forgot, and I paid extra to be delivered.Wildly unacceptable. Shame, I'll never go there again.

Great Burritos! I wouldn't recommend GrubHub to deliver unless you want your meal cold. After I warmed everything up, DELISH!!! Fantastic flavor in the Garlic Parm Burritto! Will be ordering again, directly FROM the restaurant.

I've been here a few times now and it never disappoints! The burritos are huge, the chiwawa was tasty and the sweet chili shrimp tacos are amazing but would get extra shrimp. Big portions.

It boils down to 1 question: “Is this better than Chipotle?” Deep down, that’s what every customer will ask themselves when they think about going back after the first visit. In terms of variance, yes — it does offer a more diverse food selection. In terms of taste + QUANTITY, I can get more food (that tastes equally as good) at Chipotle. My advice to the owner is to weight what a normal Bubbakoo bowl vs a Chipotle bowl. In no world should the Bubbakoo bowl weigh less. After all, Chipotle is the more trusted brand. I personally felt like I could get better value at Chipotle. I’ll give Bubbakoo the edge on cleanliness and service. The staff is nicer, but I’m here for the food.

I'll give it a 3.5, service was not really welcoming being that it was our first time here. The employee who took our order did not make us feel welcomed. I did like that there were many different sauce selections and they made our hibachi steaks fresh off the grill. Portion size was reasonable.
