Such an awful experience picking up food. Waiting 30 minutes from our pick up time that we had selected and ordered an hour in advance. The staff does not want to be there and couldn’t care less.

I ordered boneless wings with sauce on the side yesterday evening, and the wings just tasted… off. The outside had a weird color and the coating didn’t look normal at all. It honestly made me second guess taking another bite.

While I was dining in, I overheard a couple employees talking about how the frying oil hasn’t been changed since last Friday. If that’s actually true, that’s really unacceptable. Nobody wants their food cooked in oil that’s been through more shifts than the employees.

It’s honestly pretty gross, and not something you expect from ANY business serving food. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I really hope management pays attention because customers shouldn’t have to worry about the safety of their food. SHAME!

Sydney the manager is very rude! You olace a delivery order and you might as well pick it up to make sure they get it right. Every order is always wrong. Food is great. Customer service and attention is TERRIBLE!!!! Careless and inattentive. VERY DISPLEASED

Absolutely horrible place. My husband and I walked in, stood there for about two or three minutes and then finally seated. The first Seating hostess had no idea where to put us. Once we were placed at a table, we literally sat there for 12 minutes, waitresses, and waiters walked by us. Nobody brought us ice water, acknowledged us, or let us know that somebody would be with us soon. We got up and we walked out. As we walked out, I stopped and talked to a secondary seating hostess to let her know that we were leaving after sitting for 15 minutes and being completely ignored. The hostess was more concerned about where we were sitting than the fact that we were leaving.

Cust service is good but to charge for extra cheese on a burger when everything else is being kept is ridic…not about the little change being charged , it’s about the principle…

It’s unbelievable. Every single time I order a classic chicken wrap WITH NO SAUCE BUT RANCH I get the buffalo chicken wrap. EVERY SINGLE TIME. 40 min wait for the wrong wrap. Insane.

Ian was our server and he was awesome! He gave us exactly the kind of service my friend and I like receiving at restaurants. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the promotions and enthusiastic about their rewards program without being pushy about it. He was super friendly and made our night. Best service I’ve received throughout my trip from Canada. Shout out Ian we loved you!

very bad experience we were there couple days ago so after eat food by the way food was super small portions and disgusting so after ate at home became very sick vomiting and headache i dont know looks like chicken was not fresh i will never go again there so i don’t recommend to go there, !!!! i lost money and time plus became ill sick and poisoned

This place was used to be my favorite go to chicken wings but got disappointed when the quality of food they served deteriorated the past two weeks. I ordered the new honey garlic sauce but the chicken wings are dry and lack of sauce. There is also one Friday night that I waited for more than an hour, went to an adjacent restau to pick up another order, and ended up waiting for more than 15 mins because someone might have wrongly pick up my order. They are disorganized and staffs are not good in handling customer issues. Lastly, every time they are offering freebies in the app don’t take it as the food is not edible and/or very low quality that might ended you up in the hospital.

This was a horrible night out on August 2,2025.. The waiter was very good. But the meal was prepared poorly. After eating that night , I did feel well. Once I arrived home Sunday night I became ill. On Monday August 4, 2025 , I had to visit urgent care. To find out i has food poisoning. Smh

I ordered buffalo today for me and my family. There was only ONE fry in the bag and no sauces. I tried to call to tell you guys and you left me on hold, then hung up. I’m only writing this review cause of the fact that you guys messed up and gave me no solution. So now I know if I order in the future and YOU guys forget something there will be no solution.
