I went in Thursday morning, 9/5, after dropping my son to the airport, hoping to get Ackee, liver, stew peas... but unfortunately not. The lady working alone in the front was rude and not patient at all. I have driven over a hour on a prior visit because the food IS GOOD and normally lovely help inside. I am only writing this to bring to the attention of the owner, as rude employees are representing you and your business. Again... the food is really good, I will return, but hopefully...
Listen, the service was outstanding! I’m not from Connecticut but I happened to be in the area because I needed some Jamaican food. Let me just tell you, I tried the stew chicken and curry chicken and it had nothing but flavor!!!! Highly recommend checking out for sure!!
Oxtail is delicious exactly like it’s supposed to be the rice was perfect the service was laid back think of it like a family bbq and everyone talking in line is cool
