An absolute must when you are looking for something with just the right amount of flavor, fresh ingredients, and perfect portions you have to step into Cassa Villa and its quaint ambiance. right in the heart of downtown Stamford there is easy parking, a wide variety of options on the menu, a very friendly staff, and quick service just to name a few of the reasons to come here. Our family had a mix of foods and everything was made perfectly. I had 5 tacos, and I highly recommend the lingua as it was the most tender of all the meats on my plate. I also had the aged beef, pork cracklings, carnitas, and al pastor tacos and was ready to order another half a dozen tacos once I was done. We also had the chiles relenos, chicken soup, and stuffed churros for dessert. Absolute do your palate a flavor and go here!

I dont understand how this place has good reviews, it is hordible..Jonathan was my waiter and was awful. I asked for a glass of water and was told they dont give water, you have to buy bottle . what?!! everywhere offers you water . after ordering he never came to my table again to see if I needed anything. the porkchops i ordered were dry and hard. after I had been sitting obviously done he asked if I needed dessert I said i was donw and ready to go. I figured hed get my check, after ten minutes of me waiting for him to come in went to the front and paid at the hostess stand

I would recommend this restaurant, 10/10. I spent my birthday here recently, and everything felt so sweet. The staff was friendly and kind and sweet, and the food is delicious. My friends and I had a great time. 💛

Overall, this restaurant is cute and quaint. The food is fine. Unfortunately multiple take out orders were recorded incorrectly over the course of time and I got stuck with a large bill recently for a meal that I did not order. The manager, who is super nice, gave me a free lunch. Went back the following day to grab my free lunch and one of the servers said I had to pay for my drink. That is poor customer service and if the rolls were reversed, I would have given the customer a free drink with their lunch to make things right. Anyways, I won’t be back due to the amount of orders they have messed up overtime as well as the silliness of not giving me a drink.

We all had fajitas and they were excellent. Everything was well seasoned. The veggies were cooked just right. The tortillas and chips are so fresh! We also had the Mexican street corn - a real treat!
Went back today. Even better than before and I remembered to take a picture this time. Shrimp Fra Diavalo and Huevos Rancheros. Excellent!!!
My first time went for lunch. Sat outside where we received prompt service. Food was well seasoned. Everything was good. I had the chipotle shrimp. It wasn’t spicy to me. Will need to try it during the evening to check out that atmosphere, it was quiet for lunch.
