Still my favorite restaurant after finding this place 5 years ago while living in Stamford. Have been in 5 different states since then & nothing compares to the service, consistency, and love that goes into Casa Villa’s food!

Truly authentic Mexican food in every way (including the chips which is a super part of a true Mexican meal). Lots of variety (don't sleep on the adobaba pork). I kind of want to give it 4.5 stars because of how often they mess up our delivery order (9 out of 10 times) but I can't drop them to 4 starts because the food is too good.

I spent about $50 on food and have no problem paying, but I can’t understand why they only gave me 2 sauces half way filled? Is not the first, second or third time this happens. It’s every time I order from here. I tried to contact the business directly to solve the problem, but instead they responded rudely and acted as if they didn’t care.

They charge me, 24 dollars just for carne asada, most what you get is rice and beans, I use to like this place, the prices are ridiculous, meet quality bad.

We paid $41 dollars for two people, four tacos and a soda each. The carnitas meat tasted old and almost about to expire. Chorizo and Pastor ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Definitely for some bland and thin tacos they are stealing from people.

The food was excellent. The best Mexican restaurant in stamford

The food is absolutely delicious. It's the best Mexican food we've had in the area, hands down. We tried it a few weeks ago after finding it on Uber Eats and order it once a week now. Pro tip: the restaurant does have its own delivery drivers, and if you order through the restaurant instead of Uber, it's cheaper. We've had the shrimp enchiladas, shrimp tacos, nachos and burritos...and they are all A+.

Best authentic tacos in stamford and the horchata is so good too!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Both locations honestly. But just speaking about the location since it's closer to me. This is an express location so not a full restaurant. There are seats and tables inside. But only a couple and it's not ideal for bigger groups. The food is always good. Had various tacos, chicken and steak quesadillas. I would the cecina and the chicken tinga on tacos and quesadillas. These were excellent but that meat is so juicy. The pricing is somewhat decent for the area. Costs are going on but it's still delicious and quality has not gone down. I repeat quality has not gone down. The only issue is parking and it's a high traffic area on the corner of Stillwater Ave and West Main Street. But every now and then you can find parking around the area. Highly recommend both this express location and the full restaurant also located in Stamford at 866 E Main St.

I used to love this place, but service and now food is slipping. DO NOT order the oxtail soup. You only get one oxtail on average. They should call it vegetable soup because there are more carrots and celery than meat. I called them to get some type of explanation and was given the run around. Save your money.
