I ordered the burrito with tinga de pollo as my protein. On the menu it describes the tinga de pollo as a chipotle shredded chicken. Wrong! There was no flavor or any hint of chipotle flavor in the burrito or in general. It’s almost as if they had boiled the chicken with nothing else; the chicken was literally just white. No color, no flavor. Very disappointed in the quality and flavorless food being served here especially at that price. Not to mention they made me wait 15 minutes for a burrito???For higher quality and inexpensive Mexican food I’d go to Cinco De Mayo on North Street.

We dined in at Chico’s Cocina and had burritos. The space is bright with simple design and nice photography on the wall. Burritos were fresh and delicious!!! They also had homemade hot sauces and i recommend the mango sauce, it hot!! but awesome ! I will go back soon.

They were super nice and there is nothing bad to say. Try the horchata and burrito bowls, you’ll love em. If you don’t it is a you thing. Today it was President’s day and my office space was closed so I asked them if I could do work there for an hour or two, and they were happy to accommodate. To me that alone is worth 5 stars!
Everything I've ever ordered from Chicos has been extremely well prepared and exceptional tasting. The taquitos are my absolute favorite and the chicken quesadilla is never overpowered by cheese, great mix of flavors.. Best Mexican food in Stamford, hands down.
Food is excellent. This is a takeout place so nothing to say about ambiance. Service is prompt. For my birthday a couple of years ago my wife had Chichos deliver a great group of platters for about 30 guests. That was the beginning for me. We've been back again and again since then
