went in for dinner on an evening, and there was no one helping the customers. out comes what appears to be a manager wearing white oven mitts, instead of helping me he searched for an employee to do so instead very weird

How does this place stay open? I’ve given it a few tries and every time you go in, you’ll be second third or fourth in line with no one behind you. And before you know it there will be about 10 people behind you not because a bus lot of people just got dropped off simultaneously, but because the service is always so slow. And then when you get up there, they tell you how a couple of different meats are not available and may be a veggie or two are not as well. It just takes way too long to get served, for a restaurant concept that is built around assembly line service.

Walked in and had to walk back out. Soooooo filthy! Floors, tables, chairs and bathrooms were disgusting. No way I was going to trust the food. One of the bathrooms had throw up on the floor! Only one other cuatomer in the store and employees standing around doing nothing. Really should have been cleaning. Run from this store.

I got a bowl with extra sour cream on it guess what didn’t get it nor did I barley get my “extra cheese” this chipotle has to shutdown or fire these workers because this is not acceptable

This was honestly the worst Chipolte I have ever been to. I was traveling for work and stopped in for lunch. I got there shortly after they opened. The restrooms were in horrible condition, messy and things broken like the soap and TP dispenser. I get on line, and while I'm waiting, the staff is just moseing along; the manager, I believe, is being watched and talked to about the bathrooms and the look of the place by this younger woman, obviously she can see this location is a mess. The guy is front of me is talking the servers ear off and holding up the line to tell her the world is ending. Finally, its my turn, I order a carnits bowl. I wanted to get quac but it's half empty and the avocado is dark brown so I had to skip it. I get my order, pay, and I go to get plasticware. There are about 3 or 4 employees sitting there eating lunch meanwhile the place just opened. There are ZERO forks or knives so i have to go back to the counter and then it takes them 10 minutes to find the box and give me one...even the kid was complaining how no one does their job there. I get to my car to eat so I can get back on the road, the meat is COLD!! The only thing warm was the rice. I was already so aggrevated, I just put it to the side and left. I wouldn't recommend this location, unless at some point they get it together.

No clean place to sit, all seating was dirty, floor, seats and tables
at 7:00 pm. There was no guacamole, there was no sour cream.
Garbage spilling on to the floor. There were at least 10 employees behind the counter but we had to ask for someone to the clean the booth and table so we could eat.
I will never go back!!

This is hard to believe but true...they had 2 workers on duty for dinner service on 8/10. There were no cooks at all. There had to be 20 or more customers waiting for their food. Many of these people had been waiting for well over an hour. We were able to call the 1-800 number to receive a refund for the order.

I came to eat dinner with my 4 kids after a long drive home and I was verbally harassed by one of the employees. We were eating at a table and she kept sweeping underneath and around us. Pacing back and forth - and finally came up to me and told me that we were making too big of mess and she was frustrated because she had just cleaned up.
I was alone with my children and after explain to her that it was my right to sit and eat here and that it was her job to clean up after guests were finished eating she double downed on her position.
My children were scared and upset - it was one of the strangest and most stressful experiences I have EVER had in my life.
I will not be returning g to this location again.
