Kale Caesar is my go to. Ingredients are so fresh and the servers take great care to make your salad just the way you want...I love that they ask the level of dressing as I hate too much on mine. Bread as side also good. Have eaten in and taken out...it's clean and well lit.

The staff are rude specially the young guy. He doesn’t know how to treat costumers. He was just dumping my food had to tell him if he can added more of the cauliflower rice. The food is delicious.

My chicken salad had only one piece of chicken. I wrote to the company and they were very responsive. They offered credit and/or refund. I was very pleased with their customer service. I will definitely revisit. A company that actually cares is hard to find!

I paid 30 dollars for two identical salads with chicken. Both salads had so little chicken that I had to dump the salad in a bowl to spread out all the lettuce to find the chicken. It is quite possibly the worst salad that I’ve had. It was basically a bowl of lettuce with no exaggeration.

The salad is good. However the associates cannot do basic math. Use your card instead of cash. I paid with cash and the associate refused to give me the proper amount of cash she owed me. When I told her she owed me she said no. I didn't want to cause a scene but it isn't right that I was robbed. Use calculators if you can't do math!

I ordered two wraps & got violently ill from both- never again. Make your own wraps, save yourself from sitting on the toilet for 5 hours.

I discovered Chopt during the pandemic. I quickly became hooked. The salads were fresh and creative. I loved that I could swap an item out for another. Great dressings. Team usually very friendly. Occasionally I would experience a problem with an order but when I provided that feedback on the app, Chopt would make it right. As we are past the pandemic mostly, I am still a regular, happy customer.

I ordered 2 salads that were over 20$ each. Yet when I picked it up, the bowls they used were 2 times smaller than normal, They not only forgot dressing on both of them, they didn’t chop it and forgot more than half of the toppings on both salads. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this place too. Wouldn’t recommend. Go somewhere else.
