Have been here in the past. Went today to watch a football game. When we walked in, no one was there to greet us. We sat at the bar for a half hour, nobody came to give us menus or anything. One girl with dark hair came back to do something on the computer, looked at us, and walked away. Didn’t bother to tell us if there was anyone working back there or not. Finally decided to just leave and when we were leaving she was standing at the hostess stand and didn’t say two words to us. Very disappointing, we used to order from here a lot, but probably won’t anymore.

I have dined several times personally with Coalhouse Pizza and recently used them for their corporate team building event. The staff, service and ambiance were impeccable. The owner Gerard treats you like family, I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. 10/10 recommend them for all your events and dining needs. Truly a gem of Stamford!

Unfortunately, this place used to be the best place for miles for pizza and wings but in the last few months the quality has completely deteriorated to being terrible. The wings are smaller and cooked differently that makes them less than ordinary. The pizza is very expensive for what they deliver ..a dry skimpy ingredient pizza. The service is just ok. On a recent order we called to complain that both our pizzas were not made the way we requested ..but we got left on hold and then hung up on to only have to call back. This was our go to place for years but I’m sorry to say we will not be returning

Restaurant failed to deliver half the order and resolved with a refund, not an ideal outcome. The restaurant needs to improve attention to detail, or have better strategies for mitigating non-ideal outcomes
Waited 15 mins at a table with a baby and a 4 yr old and asked to be served and was told only 1 waitress wS working. She went to the back and worked in something else and ignored us. We let another family know who was waiting and we both left. My kids are hungry and crying
