Really nice conference center, I attended a big convention, the staff was nice. Overall not the newest place but very classy.

Staff could care less if their guests are happy or not. Lounge and hot tub were closed when we were there. These 2 amenities were why we picked this hotel. Everything is outdated and needs a good cleaning. Would not go back.

Soooo the pool is under construction, which was not disclosed when booking or at check-in. There was no hot water half the time. Only one staff member of the front desk employees was helpful and nice. He gave us an upgrade which we very much appreciated. Still a very mediocre experience. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommend.

I had booked the Armon specifically because it had a hot tub. No other hotel in the area offers a Hot tub from what I could find. I checked in on 2/5/2024 and the room was beautiful. I changed into my suit and headed down to the pool area only to find that the hot tub had been taped off.. considering this was the highlight of my stay, I was incredibly disappointed. nowhere on the website did it mention that the hot tub was out of order. I used the pool instead which was beautiful, but was still disappointed about not being able to use the hot tub. The next day, I decided to send an email to the address listed right on the website: ([email protected]) I was not rude at all, but just simply told them the issue with the hot tub and also that my TV screen seemed rather glitchy all night and very kindly asked for a partial refund. No response. On 2/15/2024, I sent another email and forwarded my original one along with it asking if anyone has read it yet because I had not received any response. It is now March 3 and still no response. I wanted to stay there again this Wednesday for one night so I called and asked If their hot tub was back up and working and was told it is still out of order. I asked to speak to the manager (Sharon) and was told to call back as she wasn’t in, but was put through to her voicemail. I left a very detailed message about everything and asked her if she could please give me a partial refund and also asked if I could stay in one of their suites with a Jacuzzi as the hot tub is still out of order. She promptly called me back and told me she could give me a $20 credit. Again, I was not rude, and never raised my voice at all. I simply asked her “is $20 really the best you can do considering my main purpose to go there was for the hot tub and in addition, the two emails I had sent I never got responses” She cuts me off mid sentence and says “well I never got those emails and things get broken from time to time and $20 is the best we can do” At that point I had had enough. I said “thank you” and hung up the phone. Mind you, I never asked for a full refund, nor did I want a full refund. A partial credit would have been more than sufficient but $20?? Please. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Wondering why the owner has chosen not to respond to my review, and they’ve responded to other reviews AFTER mine was posted…

I would never recommend this $300 a night hotel to anyone! They gave me, one person, a room with 2 queen sized beds, there was one towel, literally one towel, no hand towels, no wash clothes. Only pay tv. Absolutely no free channels. They say 24 hr front desk service, thats bs, maybe if you were willing to walk a quarter of a mile to the desk you may get some service, but as far as calling, the front desk number was busy all night! On top of that $300 dollar a night nightmare, they want to charge you $10 a night parking! Unbelievable! The lobby was nice looking, the only good thing i can say about my experience. PS, the room was as ordinary as any 2 star hotel.

The place was clean and nice , good service.

The only thing is the parking lot because if you want to go and buy something you have to pay in order to take out your car and when you come back you also need to pay again for the parking. when you did it already, I mean if you leave 5 time 5 time you have to do the process ,and you only were 8 hours. we as a Coustumer should pay one day ticket and you should be able to get in and out with your car as long you are at 8 hour payment!!

Clean, beautiful. Close to restaurants. Only mention would be signs showing where rooms in the west wing are. We walked around the entire floor and didn't see the rooms. On our second loop we turned left and found them.

Paper thin walls. Glad the couple next door didn't have a lot of stamina and only went at it one time. No food options there or close after 11pm.
