I don’t come very often but sometimes on a weekend night I feel a sweet treat. Out of 4/6 cookies. Website didn’t list those as being out of. Not sure if this is a global issue or just my local chain but won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Staff didn’t look like they enjoyed working there, they all looked just sad with no enthusiasm nor smile. I felt like leaving, they ignored me and just kept doing whatever they were doing I had to wait twice for assistance. First time I had to wait a long time to order even though there were no other customers. And second time when they had a question they were right there and could have just answer my questions while continuing doing what they were doing if they just spoke back after countless time I was talking to them.
