This review is honestly for the staff more than anything else. I’m not sure how the owner does it, but the employees here are consistently wonderful - always friendly, patient, and genuinely pleasant to interact with.
I’ve been coming to this DQ since 2016, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen a negative customer interaction. I’ve witnessed a few neutral moments, but far more often the staff go out of their way to be helpful, upbeat, and kind.
The team here (and management behind the scenes) deserves major kudos for maintaining such a welcoming, positive atmosphere year after year. It really shows.

Not impressed, ice cream is melted. DQ is supposed to flip the blizzard upside down when they hand it to you. This wouldn’t be a possibility here…

Been going to this DQ since 2017. They changed the order system and either the kids have no clue or they are using tech from the 1990s. Never had issues pre-covid with old ordering system. Mark Cuban bring back Pointcast !!

07/04/2025 A tall thin young African American lady with dyed reddish pink hair gets told of an online order tells me to wait a minute only to see me standing for two minutes while Services others. I finally ask a you lady behind the counter and of course my orders were all there. She saw me the whole time but didn't seem to care 07/04/2025

Very friendly staff and line went quick. Last night the girl taking my order was so sweet and patient. The ice cream is always good, prices are great, and seating is perfect.
New ownership is terrible. I went a few days ago and it was not great. I had to wait in line to order for 30 minutes and then another 30 for my ice cream, just for it to be incorrect. Whatever these new owners are doing is ruining the place. They do not know how to train these new girls. Will not be returning, sad to see a once great store go downhill.

I had the strawberry cheesecake blizzard with my son. We both fall sick from that. We had the same food with our family the whole day and isolated this incident. I had terrible tummy ache for the whole day. Definitely will avoid at all costs now. The quality is so bad that the ice cream is melting so fast and it wasn't even a hot day.

I have been going to Dairy Queen since I was young but my last experience there will make it be my last. I ordered a dipped strawberry cheesecake blizzard and it was terrible. I went multiple bites where I didn’t get a single topping in it. There were not nearly enough toppings and the workers failed to mix what ingredients there were correctly, giving me a blizzard that lacked flavor in every bite. This is unfortunately not the first time this has happened. I have experienced something similar to this multiple times and I keep thinking it was just a bad night but I can’t keep giving them my money the benefit of the doubt anymore.

I love this place usually but today I went and the ice cream tasted strange. Like frozen yogurt and not creamy. We asked the staff if it was different but they said no. Me and husband said the same thing at the same time like what the heck. I hope they change back.
Update: I went back and they changed it creamer but it’s still very different than a regular Dairy Queen. Not sure why they changed. The ice cream is almost foamy.
