While the food consisted of health ingredients, it was way too salty. It was not just the salmon or the chicken that killed my appetite. The rice that was supposed to help balance off the protein was also salty. Price is reasonable though.

Latika gave me the best customer service today at Dig. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced this kind of service at an establishment. She was very kind and helpful. Not to mention food was amazing! Highly recommend Dig in Stamford
The food is always great. Excellent taste, quality, and value. The parking at this location is very convenient too.
I returned today and while the food and service are excellent, the music is way too loud. The bass in particular is blasting. I wouldn't come here with people I want to talk with, and probably only do take-out.
