Accidentally had my sisters number listed because we ordered dominos together last and didnt realize until last second so I missed the calls because she was at work. I called to apologize and the man cut me off mid sentence and started yelling at me over a mistake that my pregnancy brain made. Dont appreciate being yelled at im human it was an accident.

Delivery driver was so rude he demanded I tipped him when he arrived to my house. Unprofessional and could be very intimating some other customers. I tipped over the phone so they are clearly trying to take advantage of people. Do better dominos.

Called to get 1 pizza delivered. The guy on the phone really tried to scam me lol. He quoted me $27 for 1 PIZZA. What a joke, go get a real pizza from a real restaurant instead that doesn’t try to scam its customers.
I would recommend ordering from the domino’s on west Main Street if you can. Both service and pizza are much better there. Not only did I receive the wrong order here but both the manager & delivery partner were rude about it. They did end up sending another pizza but it wasn’t up to the mark (not well baked). I’m not sure if this was done on purpose or the standard here is as such.

I placed an order for pizza and honey wings 8/31/2022 @10:54pm with an est time of 29 min from 946 Hope Street Stamford CT . I called to specifically ask for my food well done the thin crust pizza with green peppers and inions and wings well well done. I received my food at midnight prior I'm getting calls from restaurant at a 11:45pm telling me driver on way in which i was confused to WHY considering I have the tracking app. Secondly my son goes down stairs to get COLD food and raw uncooked wings and the driver is again calling me on the phone asking if i got the order like I'm so upset with the experience I had and its funny because its not my first time this is the third time. All I want is ,y 26.35 that I paid for the order. I called the store and was told manager is off today and what I'm calling for, how rude was that.

Ordered from the app and picked up in store, the store seemed understaffed but the manager got me taken care of without too much of a delay, whoever was working the make table tonight (Tuesday august 9th) deserves a raise! not only was he flying solo but he managed to make fantastic pizza and bread sticks, frankly I have had worse at other dominos that had plenty of staff and time to make the food, it's too bad folks don't want to work these days otherwise I'm sure the staffing issue wouldn't be a problem.
