Drive-through customer service is the worst zero patience I placed an order for one drink told the driver threw person to give me a second to do a quick view of the menu to order something else and I heard the microphone click off went to the window told the young man I wasn’t done with my order gave him the rest of my order and the person that originally took my order tried to apologize claiming he didn’t hear me when I repeated 3 times give me one second as soon as the drive thru window closed he looked at me pointed directly at me and started to talk with his co workers about me that’s not how you treat a paying customer
No I told your employee to give me a second to add to my order and he just hung up the microphone

I usually don’t go to this places, and I got berry surprise went they was charged me more that $15.00 for two items went the price on they borde said $5.89 for each. I was on shock when the person telling me that was an old price and walk away. What a bad Customer service in this location

The first impression is everything. It looks inviting and clean. The staff greets each customer with a smile and offers an assortment of fresh donuts and bagel options. I ordered turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with mayo. To my delight, the sandwich was toasted to perfection. The egg was light and fluffy, and the turkey sausage was juicy, not dry. Salt and pepper were available at the pickup counter as well as ketchup. The only quam I have is that the only customer accessible napkins were positioned near one of the exits on the extreme opposite side of the store far from the pickup area.

This west ave in stamford location has gone down hill. Must be new management. Messed up my 2 ice coffees twice. Please hire pp that can speak English. This girl told us your not carrying Frozen Coffee smoothies anymore !! Why ..you lost 2 more customers
The coffee never tastes burnt. Also the croissants are better than what you can find at a store or another donut shot. Have been here since i was a young kid. Back from Miami and i had to stop by.
