there is a checklist on the wrapping for a reason!!! as I was handed a sandwich, the drive thru employee said “bacon egg & cheese on a croissant” when I got to work, it was tuna on a roll. And it’s not the first time.

Drive-through customer service is the worst zero patience I placed an order for one drink told the driver threw person to give me a second to do a quick view of the menu to order something else and I heard the microphone click off went to the window told the young man I wasn’t done with my order gave him the rest of my order and the person that originally took my order tried to apologize claiming he didn’t hear me when I repeated 3 times give me one second as soon as the drive thru window closed he looked at me pointed directly at me and started to talk with his co workers about me that’s not how you treat a paying customer
No I told your employee to give me a second to add to my order and he just hung up the microphone

I usually don’t go to this places, and I got berry surprise went they was charged me more that $15.00 for two items went the price on they borde said $5.89 for each. I was on shock when the person telling me that was an old price and walk away. What a bad Customer service in this location
