Today I copped a sausage egg cheese croissant and tea... They did the croissant just as I asked... I love that. Dunkin donuts when I ask they always still burn the croissant. I always ask lightly toasted. The meat they use seems better than dunkin. Dunkin I keep biting on tiny bones in the sausages. And the tea... well they forgot the cream.. since I said light with 3 sugars but that's OK. I'll add the cream later. I wanted it for when I got home. My car has 106 degrees showing today so I wasn't interested in drinking it right then and there. The lady at the window was real nice.
Another store near a FedEx around ardmore rd also does good too with my requests & are welcoming in their demeanor.
I wish there were more of these in CT and not just in the Stamford Area.

THEY LITERALLY NEVER EVER GET MY ORDER RIGHT IN FOUR YEARS OF COMING HERE!! No matter what new staff they hire, the drive thru is always slow as molasses and they STILL always get the order wrong. It’s ludicrous.

This is my absolute favorite place to grab a coffee with friends. Each and every staff member there is kind and works hard. The quality of their breakfast sandwiches, donuts and iced drinks surpass Dunkin’s. 12/10 recommend!

This store has gone downhill with new management, constantly getting new orders incorrect
I ordered a decaf ice coffee because caffeine makes me very anxious and makes me feel sick. I asked twice to make sure it’s decaf and they confirmed it was but they did not give me decaf, because after I drank the coffee I felt sick, shaky, and anxious.

This shop should run out of business.They will charge additional for anything, sugar and salt even, ordered a sandwich, and the cashier went crazy , each slice of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, was billed at an additional $.59 each, plus $2.00 for the cheese. A tuna salad sandwich advertised for 4.50 ended up being $11.00 before any tax. Last time I’ll set foot in that store, greedy price gouging scammers. Avoid..

Just got an everything bagel with blue mold. I called the store and to complain and let them know to check the everything bagels. The guy who answered the phone immediately claimed it was not blue mold and probably “something else”. I told him I looked at it very carefully and it was definitely blue mold. He once again denied it. Did not apologize once. Just a disgusting experience.
