I’ve been going faithfully because our office building is close by, great staff but every week majority of our orders are always incorrect. We began having donut delight cater to us weekly but majority of the office wants Dunkin’ Donuts. We’ve complained but to no avail. It’s sad because we order huge and they’re losing out.

The line was backed up so I asked the cashier “ how long will it be forever a sandwich? If it’s too long then I’ll only take a drink.” The cashier responded with “ I don’t understand “. I then repeated what I said a lil louder. Cashier walked to another associate. Came back asked an Indian lady what I say. She didn’t understand as well. At the point I just said never mind. A lady came (associate who wasn’t the cashier) came and said “ order it and we’ll get you out fast”.
I mean I was happy but the Language Barrier Needs to be worked on. I shouldn’t have to wait for assistance when I’m speaking English.

1-Star Review – Quality + Service Has Gone Way Down
I ordered a large iced caramel coffee with three creams, three sugars, and whipped cream — but what I got was absolutely terrible. The drink tasted like watered-down coffee that had been sitting in ice all day. There was no caramel flavor, the sugar sank to the bottom, and overall it felt like I was just drinking flavored ice water.
On top of that, a 10-minute wait for a drink is insane, especially when I placed a mobile order before leaving my house. I live 10 minutes away — so I timed it perfectly. When I arrived, there was a line of other mobile orders still waiting and just as upset. What’s the point of mobile ordering if you still have to wait in a long line and end up being late? That’s not fair to the customer.
I’ve been going to this location for over 8 years, and I’ve noticed a big decline — especially after the last manager left. Some of the staff just don’t care. Not all of them, but enough to ruin the experience. The service is inconsistent, and the food quality has dropped too — hard bagels, burnt bacon, and stale pastries.
I hate to say it, but unless things improve, I’ll have to stop coming here.
Please bring back proper management, quality drinks, and timely service.

I love all the staff here, including Hannah—she’s very kind and sweet, and treats her customers like family. However, when I entered the building, there is no AC, and it felt quite hot. I can only imagine how uncomfortable it must be for the staff working in this condition every day. It feels like a hot box in here. Please consider addressing this issue as a goodwill gesture for them.

Guys you can’t have that poor wonderful lady working there in the type of heat I walked into today. It was over 100 degrees in there. Employees are amazing. Owner needs to fix the air conditioner or close until they do so. We aren’t in China.
