Only 1 guy knows what he's doing. I got the wrong hashbrown n cheese cup wrong 3 times in a row. The coffee had 0 caramel in it 4 times in a row... you guys are literally charging me extra and not even putting any in. Emailed dunkin multiple times no answer. I'll buy and make my own breakfast from now on.

This is the third time I've ordered my sandwich. They never toast the bread. The bread is super hard and the coffee roll smells fishy and does not feel like it's fresh. I think the employees are super lazy and does not want to toast the Roll. I would suggest everyone to avoid this place

Overall good Dunkin. Would easily be 5 stars if they put at least a napkin in the food pickup orders… and if they had some straws by the pickup area so you don’t have to go across the whole store to get one.

Management here is absolutely disgusting. There is no sense of respect for human beings in this establishment. The older guy constantly yells and has a bad attitude with his own employees and customers. Would not recommend this place to anyone, would rather go to Starbucks and spend the extra money if that means to be treated with respect.

Poor service, incredibly slow and inattentive

I wish it was possible to give negative stars, it would match the effort provided by the employees I witnessed today. This poor fellow in front of me ordered a bagel toasted, they took an emphatically long time to start his order and than proceeded to burn his bagel beyond recognition. I mean seriously that thing looked a brick that had gone through a five alarm fire. Not only did it look like one, he tapped it on the counter and it sounded like one. Any decent employee would go wow yeah that’s not edible, not these guys. They told him it was lightly toasted and to order a new one or get out. I was left absolutely speechless wouldn’t suggest this place to my worst enemy.

Place blows. Plain bagel got toasted so hard it looked like pumpernickel. Watched the employee look at how burned the bagel was and proceed to put it in the bag. Manager said it wasn't that bad and when I tapped it on the counter to show the bagel was rock hard he told me to leave or buy another.
