I wish it was possible to give negative stars, it would match the effort provided by the employees I witnessed today. This poor fellow in front of me ordered a bagel toasted, they took an emphatically long time to start his order and than proceeded to burn his bagel beyond recognition. I mean seriously that thing looked a brick that had gone through a five alarm fire. Not only did it look like one, he tapped it on the counter and it sounded like one. Any decent employee would go wow yeah that’s not edible, not these guys. They told him it was lightly toasted and to order a new one or get out. I was left absolutely speechless wouldn’t suggest this place to my worst enemy.

Place blows. Plain bagel got toasted so hard it looked like pumpernickel. Watched the employee look at how burned the bagel was and proceed to put it in the bag. Manager said it wasn't that bad and when I tapped it on the counter to show the bagel was rock hard he told me to leave or buy another.

SAID the manager was beyond rude when he approached the table I had just sat on to tell me there was a maximum of 20min sitting at a table, so he wouldn’t loose business. He saw me take out my computer, which must have triggered him to his defensive behavior, and as a paying customer (I had purchased a drink), his unwelcoming behavior made him not only loose a customer (I will never come back here because of him), but it triggered for me to write this negative review. And of course, I will make sure other Dunking customers learn to avoid this Dunkin.

Dunkin lady said grills & fryer not working & gave me not a hot coffee. She's not happy from work i think so.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My food is extremely stale and disgusting. I ordered a blueberry muffin, bagel toasted with cream cheese, munchkins and a bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant. All items were rock hard.
Do better for your customers.

Would not recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone. Manager extremely rude. I was planning on going to Goodwill and looking around then getting a coffee afterwards. The manager screamed at me in the parking lot and told me I was not a paying costumer and not allowed to park in the parking lot. Threatened to have my car towed in 15 minutes if I didn’t leave. What terrible costumer service. Do not go here.

Waited 10 minutes for a refresher??
while the employees are kind, almost all of my past orders have been incorrect. everytime i’ve ordered a matcha with cold foam, and one time i ended up getting a mocha latte? another time oat milk? not once have i gotten cold foam. also, everytime i order a peach sunshine, i get a completely different flavor. the employees also insist that the order was made correctly. also, oftentimes the orders are made slowly. one time, i was left waiting for maybe 10 minutes for one drink, then having to speak up to receive my other one after another 10 minutes.
What a weird encounter this morning. I ordered a stuffed croissant and waited for over 10 minutes, only my beverage was ready. It took for me to speak up to see why it was taking so long.. I told the manager and he tried to convince me to order something else?? I insisted I get what I ordered he then proceeds to the back to get it and comes back. All the waiting made me late for work. I'm never coming back to this location.... incompetent workers and manager...

these people suck. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, TOASTED. I got a everything bagel, untoasted, with no bacon, egg, or cheese. They also just put a wakeup wrap in my meal for no reason I didnt even ask for that.
