I go for buy coffee and waiting a long time and I asked jelly. I’m waiting for my coffee and she ignore me. That’s not good. You have to be nice to customer.

Do not go here. The health department should shut this place down immediately. I heard about bugs here, obviously other reviews as well. The fact I had cockroaches in my drink is completely unacceptable and unexcusable, pissed I didn't catch this until I got down the road. Literally a lawsuit waiting to happen. For any parent who has children at the high school make sure they do not go here! Last thing anyone needs is someone to get extremely sick. This post needs to be spread across the board so everyone is aware!

This Dunkin has been here for years and years. Small counter area but with some parking outside. Usually it's super busy. Service is so/so as it depends on the member of staff you get to serve you. But it's the usual Dunkin food so you get a what you expect if you are patient.

What you would expect from dunkin. I was a bit put off by one of the staff cursing. we dined in, but they didn't call out our number .... finally we inquired and the woman behind cou ter said we should have asked her if it was done because our order was sitting there with the mobile orders. was confusing. food was fine, but service can use more training how to deal with customers, and how to differentiate between dine in and mobile order completion.
the workers here are disrespectful & ignore their customers. they also have attitudes towards their customers. the children that come here are very disrespectful. this is just a horrible spot. They have bugs in their drinks, a guy started yelling that there was a roach on the wall, this place is just disgusting & extremely unprofessional.

Terrible service and food. Never buy a toasted bagel, you'll be chewing on it for days. Do not order donuts, They taste like they have been there for weeks. Go to Donut Delights instead if that's what you want. Terrible service and Terrible food.

Really bad costumer service plus tried to buy 75 on gift cards and the store manager rejected because I was using my apple pay and he ask for a id to use my Apple Pay and don’t make any sense request a ID to paid whit Apple Pay it’s stupid because I use my cellphone whit my Face ID and password and that it’s the only way to use and pay whit Apple
