The saleswoman gave us a box with broken ears and the Donuts almost fell on the floor. When I told her that and asked her to replace it, she limited herself to handing us a bag and continued talking to her coworkers.

This particular Dunkin’ Donuts has a higher quality of food and drinks. It does not taste the same when I order from other Dunkin’ Donuts locations. They get extremely busy, line out the door busy so it can get hectic there during breakfast time and lunch but they really do take extra pride in making sure the the food and drinks are high quality.

It's a hit and miss. Sometimes you order and you food is actually warm and sometimes you're wondering if they only put it in the over for 10 seconds because the outside of it is barely warm and the inside is cold.
