I wish I could give it less than one star to put a review but I can't this staff at this location purposely ignores you hoping that you walk away. They walk past you, don't say give me a second. I'll be right with you. They just ignore you like you don't exist until you leave, which I did terrible location. Don't waste your time stopping here.

Not the best Dunks. Been to many, but this one always seems to get my stuff wrong. One of the first times I ordered from here, I got an iced coffee and they sent me a hot one. Unfortunately couldn't get a refund because it was via DD.
Today, I ordered a matcha. Some matcha with my milk would've been nice. Done drank it because I do like milk but damn!

So I go to this location on Elm and the server has the worst customer service ever. She’s flirting so I need to wait until she’s done laughing and smiling with two young guys. Then I ask her if I can go to the bathroom. She’s like I’m busy doing something. Like really I need to wait for her until she’s done flirting. This location couldn’t get a dime from me EVER

I come here every morning and dave is usually here and does great job. Today I scan my dunkin app for sandwich back egg and cheese. They take my coupon charge me full price and then cannot give me back my money. Held me here for 20min because he looked lost as if he is on drugs or dunk or something the guy thay served me. 🤔 this is the third time happened to me at this location and alway when dave is not here to help. Now I had to leave dunkin without the money he said would refund me. And late for work on top of it ALLLLLLLLL!!!!

Took 20 minutes to get a simple egg and cheese with hash browns and they messed up my order!! Which then took another 20 minutes. Not to mention one of the cashiers almost hit my brother with her car! Driving a black Toyota Camry!

Easily the best Dunkin in the area. Drinks are always made right and the baked goods are always fresh, even toward the end of the day. I've literally never had a bad experience here and I've gone 1-2 times a month for the last few years.

10:00 pm I go in to buy coffee and a egg wrap and I see no chairs to sit on. I asked the guy attending if I can have a chair. He replies “ sorry, can do that after 10 pm. Orders from boss. I was in shock at the rude and nasty answer. This Stamford ELM Dunkkin will lose customers soon. Horrible service and nasty attitude.
9:20 am and the lady working says all they have is black coffee …… saw her cleaning the machines when I was walking in . But google says you guys are 24 hours so I don’t get it anyways bad first experience and last . At least on this location .

An occasional stop along location for me, nice lil ice coffee with light cream and very light sugar. Dottie the older Irish woman is great always has smile even if she isn’t happy those Irish eyes are always smiling. She gave me a blueberry muffin on the house and ask for nothing in return, nice lil healthy treat .
