It is absolutely horrible and inhumane that management would allow for people to work with no air conditioning during this heatwave. No wonder the only employee working the late shift at Dunkin East Main was miserable to even make a sandwich I don’t blame him and it’s not his fault. It’s a sauna and they are forced to work. This is unacceptable management. If they don’t fix their AC by tomorrow I’ll be escalating to corporate and filing a serious complaint.

There is an employee name shahnaz. She doesn’t know how to work for fast food. She has no manners. She is very rude and very unprofessional. She is always getting the orders wrong. If you try to tell her she got it wrong or she forgot something she says rude things. She gives attitude to everyone and does not show any respect towards the customers. She is always insulting the Customers. She should not work at a place if she is not happy with the job there is no good management. If they want Customers they should let her go. Shahnaz is always giving attitude to Customers when they say she wait their drinks or other order wrong. The manager does nothing when you go to him about her either.

Probably the worst dunkin in Stamford. Coffee orders are never quite right, and drinks are only half full.
Also the coffee itself always tastes off and burnt. I give it a chance regularly because it’s close by and convenient. But I would be better off getting the gas station coffee nearby.
Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

Went here several times because close to work. Coffee was like dish soap each time. Horrible..A family member grab a cup of coffee for the ride home and said it was horrible. Tasted burnt and no favor. Disappointing. They don't know how to make coffee. I used to go there all the time and spend money and their coffee and food. No more. I wish the old owners would come back..

I asked for hot chocolate and he told me there wasn't any and when I asked the reason I received a sarcastic smile followed by him not answering why he went and made me hot chocolate flavored with hot water and they didn't have monchkins and I had to ask for any donut

No matter what time I go, morning, afternoon, evening, order on the app or in person, my drink is always wrong. I order the Dunking Coffee, which most of the staff do not know what I am talking about. If the company is going to promote drinks, their staff should know it. Every time I would need to explain, that it is under the mixology button, the staff would look at me confused like I don't know what I'm talking about.Today was the worst, the evening staff. I tried order the Large Dunking, they looked at me confused, I stated it's under mixology, it is called dunking. He then stated "you are at a dunkin I don't know what kind of coffee you want if you do not tell me" like excuse me? "I know I am at a dunkin, I am trying to order your promotion drink it is called dunking" he gave me another attitude stating "I don't know i just work here" This isn't the first time I had a problem with the staff makes me not want to come back at all.

Had an interview here with Shick.(GM) He suggested that I was on section 8 because I’m an Afro American living in Greenwich….. No diversity in store they only hire Hispanics. I’ve exceeded expectations for the job and wasn’t given it solely based on my appearance..
