This is the second time I’ve been in there around lunch and they only staff it with one person who overwhelmed. The nurse before me was complaining how she wasted the majority of her lunch break waiting for her order and as for me, it was almost 15 minutes to get out of the door and I had pre-ordered. More employees are needed Or ones that could handle the slow trickle of customers

Customer Service was the worst I've experienced, from the MOD to the staff absolutely rude and disrespectful. You ask questions, and they do not respond or respond rudely. I do not recommend this location which is literally 3 mins drive from home. THE hashbrown, which are usually my favorite tasted like they are kept in a steamer, so they were hard as heck disgusting and definitely a practice that needs to be eliminated and made fresh like all the other locations. I went two days in a row and the customer service was worse today then yesterday and Bibi the person who gave me my order fit right in with the rest of the unpleasant staff. I asked her name just to leave a review. I hope that the store manager reads this and trains his staff that customers should be treated with at least a hello and not a frown.
