Customer Service was the worst I've experienced, from the MOD to the staff absolutely rude and disrespectful. You ask questions, and they do not respond or respond rudely. I do not recommend this location which is literally 3 mins drive from home. THE hashbrown, which are usually my favorite tasted like they are kept in a steamer, so they were hard as heck disgusting and definitely a practice that needs to be eliminated and made fresh like all the other locations. I went two days in a row and the customer service was worse today then yesterday and Bibi the person who gave me my order fit right in with the rest of the unpleasant staff. I asked her name just to leave a review. I hope that the store manager reads this and trains his staff that customers should be treated with at least a hello and not a frown.

Used the app and walked in three minutes mate. Huge parking lot. Big Dunkin. Couple minutes later my order was ready. Filled perfectly. Coffee nice and hot. Doughnuts tasted fresh. Large seating area for a Dunkin. Bathrooms open and working. Start not too friendly, but who cares. I’m just passing through. As I will be again, next time I am in the area.Parking: In abundance.

Worst Dunkin I've been to. It was busy and the two people working kept switching back and forth and forgetting people's drinks and food. No organization. They didn't measure anything for drinks, so my latte tasted nothing like it should've.

I been going to this spot for about 4 years. I never had an issue with service until today. I placed an App order at 1:24pm to pick up. I arrived at 1:30pm and there was one girl with glasses behind the counter assisting one person and I had to wait for my coffee, which was fine. She asked me what I was here for so I let her know that I was waiting for my order from the App. Then she walked away. The issue began when other customers came after that and the she continued to help them as they came in. I waited more than 10 minutes with her keep asking me what I was here for. I never got my coffee after waiting over 10 minutes, so I left and went elsewhere. Terrible service.

App will tell to scan items in store and everyone in store even hot headed management says who told you to come here anyways don't Try to redeem your points here Your not getting them - I've called the owner and the landlord to say you need to raise this lease put them out of there - they are total asses do not deserve to be waiting on anyone ! From sexual harassment to just bad service I have. Saw it all - he has no idea how with people plenty of my police officers friends have been made aware that he's behaving like a 3rd world country to us.
