At drive thru ordered BEG croissant and a butternut donut. At window was told sandwich only? Said where's the butternut donut. Don't have any was reply. Got receipt that showed BEG sandwich with butter as added charge. Told cashier and he just smiled and said I wasn't charged. English not 1st language or both order taker and cashier don't pay attention.

Order taker Couldn't not speak English. Waiting time for service was way too long and it was not a busy time. Egg & cheese with sausage on crescent was burnt and totally putrid... could hardly eat it. Coffee was ot fresh. Will never go back and recommend all to avoid this horrible service and food.

Only Dunkin’ nearby with a drive through. The place is decent when it’s not busy. If there are people, expect your order to be wrong. Missing whole items, or just ingredients, such as bacon in a bacon egg and cheese wrap. Expect to have to double if not triple check your bag before leaving. I believe part of the confusion comes from the lady at the drive through, cutting my order off multiple times thinking I was done cause they were in a rush. It’s a shame as the drive through is on my way to work…

Excellent food and coffee but the service is sub par. They don't greet you when you come in the door. I ended up waiting 5 mins before they actually acknowledged me. They seem to focus more on drive thru than people walking inside.
The cashier was friendly, but the other female employee hiding their face was rude and mean at the drive thru.

Really disappointed even after I asked the workers three times and it was still not done and this was nothing complicated it was just a yes no questionFeb 07 came back another time figured I'd give it a try I asked three times very explicitly and again I don't know why but the answer was a lieI don't know why if somebody asked a straightforward question with a yes or no answer why the workers here cannot just simply answer the questionI don't know what is trained to them or they've got an inherent culture of lying or at the very least a lack of excellence in performance in their jobs which is more than likely the caseThis is just ridiculous to have to waste the time and money repeatedly
Wheelchair accessibility: Taking a wheelchair into this Duncan from the parking lot is possible but it's much more of a chore than most other locations because you're going uphill the whole way
