The surrounding area is poorly maintained, with overgrown streets and visible litter. The building and neighboring stores show signs of neglect (unmaintained). Inside the Exit 9 Bagel store, hygiene conditions are below standard. The fan blades are very dusty, and the interior appears cluttered and dirty. Additionally, placing batteries near the coffee area raises safety and cleanliness concerns. Cash only (avoiding tax?). Parking in front in OK. The lady is nice.

Listen, don’t expect some gentrified Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks clone. This is a family owned business, and it has a real charm about it! The woman behind the counter genuinely loves running this business and it shows. Great bagels, and bagel sandwiches, all the cream cheese options you would expect, super friendly service! You really can’t go wrong for a quick breakfast / breakfast on the go. I often get a bagel, banana, biscuits and coffee for under $10. (Cash only, as all these reviews note). Enjoy!!
