I absolutely love Five Guys, but every time I visit this particular location, the quality seems to be off. The fries are always old and taste like they’ve been reheated, and the buns are often cold, which really detracts from the experience. On top of that, whenever I try to voice my concerns, the staff, particularly the ladies working there, have the worst attitude. It’s really disappointing, especially considering how great the food is at other locations. I would encourage the management to pay closer attention to the food quality and customer service at this location to ensure a better experience for everyone.

I ordered a cheeseburger, my order was very late. When I finally got the cheeseburger it was in a hot dog bun! No one called me to inform me. My order was delayed and then I didn’t even get what I ordered

The founder of Five Guys designed the fries pricing to make you feel like you got a “deal” by adding an extra scoop of fries at the end.
This franchise does not do that so you just end up paying $7 for a small cup of fries.
