I don't need to be shown where the tip jar is. Having already been given the opportunity to give a tip while paying with my card, the cashier tapped on the top of the tip jar as she gave me my receipt.

I've enjoyed the Five Guys, here and another locations. I love the fries i joked with my husband that all you have to do is order a burger with everything on it and then you get a burger with a free side salad LOL

Incompetent workers, ordered online and they still manage to mess it up. I pick up my food and drive 15 minutes to get home only to find that they messed up the order. I call and instead of offering a refund they offer free food the next time I come in. I rarely eat five guys and the one time I do they bomb the order and don’t offer a refund for their fumble. Food is good but workers suck. Make sure your order is correct before you leave!

A somewhat unusual 5G's in Stamford CT just off the Merritt Pkwy; the seating is upstairs from where you order. This is no problem as 2nd floor seating is adequate, but the 1st floor waiting area is a little tight when a lot of customers are waiting. My order was good and was delivered quickly.

Rude associate who barely spoke English told me I couldn’t pay cash. Only credit . Saw someone else pay with cash before me. The hell is up with that? Come to find out it’s the manager . And after they see me talking to my friends who already ordered , offered to take my order. Laziness at its finest

I absolutely love Five Guys, but every time I visit this particular location, the quality seems to be off. The fries are always old and taste like they’ve been reheated, and the buns are often cold, which really detracts from the experience. On top of that, whenever I try to voice my concerns, the staff, particularly the ladies working there, have the worst attitude. It’s really disappointing, especially considering how great the food is at other locations. I would encourage the management to pay closer attention to the food quality and customer service at this location to ensure a better experience for everyone.
