We waited 70 minutes for our order, although the estimated time was 49 minutes. The pizza arrived cold, even though we are only 0.1 miles away from the restaurant. We are disappointed with this experience.

Fortina Stamford is always a win 🍕✨
The pizza was incredible — perfectly crisp crust with creamy burrata and rich truffle flavor. The salad was fresh and flavorful, and the cocktails were refreshing and well-balanced.
Great food, great vibes, and one of my favorite spots in Stamford for a fun night out.

They would know I go 4 times a week, but the food is super tasty and fairly priced for the area. SUPER FAST and great service, everyone is super nice and attentive. You can have your food 15 minutes after walking in the door. The vibe is sick and no rats like at sign of the whale. Super clean. I also happen to be gluten free and they have gluten free versions of ALL pastas and pizzas as well as other items on the menu.

This was a disgrace to all Italian restaurants. Worst pasta I’ve ever had: way too salty and slightly too hard. The chicken parm was subpar at best. The lemon bucatini was definitely better than the pasta served with the chicken parm but still far too salty. For appetizers we had squash and garlic bread, both of which seemed like they were tossed onto a plate in 30 seconds. The garlic bread was a plain loaf with cheese on top served with marinara sauce: extremely underwhelming for how much it costs. I would not recommend this to anyone in any circumstance.

Fortina has quickly become one of my favorite go-to spots, whether it’s after work with my coworkers or a fun night out with friends. The atmosphere is always so warm, inviting, and lively.
The cocktails are amazing, especially their Aperol Spritz, one of the best around!! (Trust me!) Sometimes they even have live music, which creates the perfect vibe. The staff is always so sweet and attentive, and their energy really makes the experience special.
They also have a rooftop bar (open during the summer), which is such a fun spot to relax and enjoy a drink on a nice evening. Their brunch is also really good and the best part is, you can easily switch up your drinks to try different cocktails.
The food is consistently delicious, the service is wonderful, and the vibe is unmatched. I truly enjoy dining here and will definitely keep coming back often!

Fortina is our go to restaurant for lunch from work. Their choice of pizzas, pastas, salads and appetizers is fantastic.

I had a great time here. I tried the bone marrow, for the first time here, it was a great experience
All around 5/5. Food was to die for. Would take all my post pickleball dates there. Ice cream gets crazy.
Did not have bananas tho, so.

Don’t waste your money. We had the pizza here a few years ago and it was great, but this time, it was probably the worst I have ever had…. even worse than the 95 cent soggy cafeteria pizzas from the 70s. The dough was bland, everything was soggy and undercooked, the toppings low quality - not sure how you can screw it up so bad with a good oven— couldn’t even finish a slice and left — it cost $100 for absolute garbage. Management needs to rethink something here.

Ordered for delivery - we're 2 blocks away - and 45 minutes later a delivery guy called to yell at me that I had used the wrong address and he was up by Stamford Hospital. When I called Fortina they told me it was my fault - not the restaurant's - although my online receipt has the correct address and FORTINA CHOSE THE DELIVERY SYSTEM. There was not responsibility taken - no apology, either. The person who answered the phone said I could talk to the manager tomorrow.
The food arrive a half hour later, stone cold.
Very poor customer service for a local community patron.

Fortina used to be one of my favorite spots. I always looked forward to my meal—especially the lemon bucatini, which was hands-down my favorite dish on the menu. Unfortunately, things have changed, and not for the better.
The lemon bucatini now tastes completely different—the recipe seems to have changed drastically, and not in a good way.
I also used to love the baked ziti, but the version I had tonight was nothing like what I remembered. Even the pizzas, which were once a standout, felt off—less flavor, less care, less of that wood-fired magic that used to set them apart.
I’ve since heard that there’s a new chef, which would explain the noticeable shift in quality. It’s a real shame because this place used to be excellent, and now it just doesn’t feel the same.
Sadly, I won’t be coming back. Fortina was once a go-to, but it no longer lives up to what made it special.

This is the second time I've been to the restaurant and the food was good, however, my waitress disappeared for an extended period of time, so much so, that I walked up to the bar to place my drink order, and another server came to take my food order. It was a birthday dinner and previously the staff brought a dessert with candles and sang happy birthday. My waitress, when she did appear with the check, just said Happy Birthday to my sister at the end. Terrrible, terrible service and consciously hostile. No manager to complain to. I would not go back for this reason.
