Very nice employees an falafel bowl was great
Person who made my food had a great disposition. Food was great. But I love customer service that’s attentive.
I’d like to give a big round of applause for the improvements they’ve made since day one. To be honest, this place has been a bit on and off. My first experience was amazing—they had fresh smoothies and salads. When the place first opened, they served really good fried chicken. That was what made me want to come back.
However, I was never able to get that same chicken again after the first visit. On top of that, they charged me extra for the fried chicken but only gave me half the usual portion in the bowl.
Today, the place was packed, and for the first time, they actually filled the salad bowl generously—more than a full serving. The taste has always been consistent, but the service and portion sizes haven’t been.
Overall, I still personally recommend this place—especially the Shanghai Chicken Salad. 👍
The customer service is impeccable. Nick is always friendly and accommodating. The salads are fresh and their market table hot food is delicious. I recommend trying their mac&cheese. I highly recommend fresh&co in Stamford.
This place is absolutely the worst. It’s all about a money grab and not the customers. I walk into Dig, Chopt and anywhere else in Stamford and all is clear before I order. This place you know when you get to the register. I supported them since day one but it’s ridiculous now. One week the manager told me honey went up so the chicken was now $3.50 more. Every time I come here I run into an issue. I value quality food but I value how you treat your customers more. Im not looking for anything free but fairness. I paid $15 on a salad that is not organic and has no meat. $1.50 extra for cheese and $1.50 for pico…crazy. As long as I’m here I will never come back to this place. My office will not order again. I am big on customer service and while they act the part they have nothing fair about how they do business . Good luck let’s see how long they last.
Went downhill extremely quickly after opening. Portion sizes are objectively embarrassing now. Service also lacks. Don't know how they justify the prices with the portions they provide. Sandwich Maestro down the road offers 2x the portions at half the price and quality ingredients.

This place was great when it first opened - gave out promotions, solid sample sizes, the kind of stuff that makes the customer feel at home.
In the 8 months since then, it’s been nothing but a decline in both quantity and quality in the spirit of short-term profits.
I went in tonight after a great workout and was excited, not only for a healthy meal, but in hopes that my neighborhood Fresh&Co has changed for the better.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Ordered a market plate which is a base, protein and two sides. The base I wanted was the riced cauliflower and they were out. Sure, is it the 4th time in a row that’s happened? Yes. But it was 7pm and they close at 8, so I’ll let it slide.
Next I feast my eyes on a mountain of chicken and decide that to be my protein. I’m provided with barely a “tong-ful” of strips that may feed my 7 year old second-cousin. It’s the end of the night; there’s a pile of meat large enough to stop traffic on I-95, and when I asked for “a little more” I was told it would be an up charge of $7 (SEVEN DOLLARS) for another scoop.
Guys - I know inflation is tough but the FED has been cutting rates. You’re sacrificing long term opportunity with hundreds of residents in Atlantic Station and ASW in exchange for a few extra pieces of chicken that will either get saved for tomorrow or thrown in the trash. On a scale of 1 to OSHA, I’m hoping you choose the latter.
In speaking up I was only met in full agreement by the nice patron behind me, but bewilderment by the person at the counter. The manager watched from afar but only scrambled and did not address.
Anyways I’m boycotting. Do better, or I’ll gladly wait until new neighbors come in.

Food is great, clean, and fresh, but delivery is unreliable. Often my orders get cancelled.

I picked up a wildly overpriced yogurt only for it to ring up even higher at the register. Their response? “Oh our labels are old.” If that’s true, how old is the food?
Corporate America gone healthy. Got a salad and a sandwich good flavors, love the drink choices!

Very dysfunctional. Only two people working a weekend breakfast rush. Tried to order or they were out of certain items. Spent $30 on toast and a sandwich which took 20 to make the most bland and sad Avocado toast I’ve ever seen. People in front spent $60 on a pretty basic breakfast.
The layout of the space also doesn’t make much sense. Some items must be ordered at the front where as others you must stand in a chipotle style line.

Yesterday I ordered a shrimp taco salad and it turned out bring the most unpleasant and disgusting experience of my entire life. Inside the salad I found a live cockroach. I placed my order and it was delivered at 1:36PM. This came from the location in Stamford. I find it very concerning that an establishment has these types of issues.

Terrible place. I ordered food from them through Uber and they didn’t follow any directions that I gave them. Probably didn’t even read it. Food tastes like it was made with a dead person’s hand. Half of the stuff didn’t come with the order. This was hand down top worst food experience.
