We stopped in on a dreary day over Christmas break while visiting family in Stamford. We felt the warmth and love as soon as we walked through the door. We ordered bagels and coffee. Coffee was self-service, hot and delicious. Our bagels were brought to our table, fresh and warm. The owner welcomed us like we were family. The atmosphere, food, and hospitality make this gem a perfect spot.

I got married nearby at Stamford Museum & Nature Center at the end of September and I wanted to make sure we had breakfast and lunch taken care of for the bridal party. I called a few days ahead to put in orders for about 8 people and the owner Fafar was so enthusiastic to help out in any way with my wedding, it was so sweet! My dad picked up the food for us in two orders, and she was so helpful and kind to him. All my food had little notes for me to enjoy my day and everything we got was hot, fresh and delicious. Nothing better than food made with love, highly recommend.

I used to love this place and then I moved close by and started coming here a little bit more often in hopes that it would become my little local joint. Have been disappointed each time. the kid behind the counter now is not very friendly. The bagels suck on the weekends and the egg sandwich went from tons of flavor to none with flappy premade bacon. I’m sad to say that I won’t be returning but I want the owner to know that I did used to think that the food was awesome, and her energy was great, maybe she can get it back to that

The owner and staff made you feel at home. And she really cares about her customers. I ordered the Belltown special that she recommended as their customer favorite and it was good. An amazing local sandwich shop! We will definitely visit again. The staff was super friendly! We were served promptly, our order was accurate, and the conversation we had with the staff on our way out made our visit 10X better. Please don’t hesitate to come here! For our sandwiches we went with the Tuscan chicken and the Vince.

This place is like your local hometown sandwich shop with a very welcoming and friendly lady. It’s our first time visit here after moving to stamford for over a year. We were looking to grab breakfast bagel sandwiches at 3pm. The lady wrote down all the details about the order and made sure she had the correct information which I really appreciated.
