Absolutely awful. Stopped to buy the soup of the day and clerk proceeded to get a container from the fridge; I assumed they were already packed and ready to go. Once I opened it the sour smell came out and the label on the lead read the soup was packed 11 days prior. I called the store and they told me it was made less than 2 weeks ago and therefore it was still good to consume! Really???? THey would not give me a refund, but offered to give me something else in exchange as in I would eat anything else from that place. THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!!

The Sure Thing is exactly that, and its the real deal. Man oh man, this was probably one of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life - no joke. The broccoli rabe was a perfect bitterness, the sweet peppers were SO good and the mozzarella added a great flavor to the overall sandwich. The staff couldn't have been nicer (talked with Mike for a bit) and the market is so cute that is LOADED with Italian pastas, desserts and cooking needs. This is such an amazing little gem in Stamford - so if you are around, get over there and try it!

Really dingy and dirty. The mozzarella on the sandwich was super-soft instead of chewy/bouncy, and the broccoli rabe was grey in color. Will not return.

Stopped at Fusano’s passing through Stamford and it was excellent! We got the chicken parm, eggplant parm and chicken salad. Staff was also very nice. Would definitely come back again

So let me start out by stating. I love the charm and the deli normally. I have been in there about 10 times and 9 out of the 10 trips have been so great. Always greeted with a warm welcome and the food is always delicious. This 10th time let's say was not as great. I ordered a steak and cheese. Which they didn't have. No problem. I was offered a substitute of roast beef. Now normally I would receive the roast beef at the steak and cheese price. I ordered a roll which for s and c was 9.99. When I was rung up. I found out for a sandy and a nesquik I owed $17.83. When I asked if I was paying too much. I was told. A roast beef sandwich is 12.99 for a roll, but the board said $11.99. I guess the pricing board EVERYONE orders off of needs to be updated. Oh and I also ordered regular peppers and hot peppers. Only got hot peppers. That detail isn't such a issue. But there is 1 standout issue that really is the biggest glaring issue. The older woman that checks you out could honestly be one of the least personable people I have ever had to deal with. She is never smiling. She is always cold and quite honestly almost downright nasty. Its to the point now where I dont want to spend my money in there knowing that's the reception I am going to receive shelling out my hard earned money. Just food for thought. May want to have the other 2 gentlemen in there do the customer service aspect because that's a huge negative. As I said before. I love the atmosphere and the food normally is spot on and delicious. But today could have gone better.
