The Sure Thing is exactly that, and its the real deal. Man oh man, this was probably one of the best sandwiches I have ever had in my life - no joke. The broccoli rabe was a perfect bitterness, the sweet peppers were SO good and the mozzarella added a great flavor to the overall sandwich.
